Could be intentional on my side... could be 😏 That wouldn't be the first power outage in the story but.. who knows? purely unintentional, I only noticed it now ^^

The doctor's appointment is just a formality. After a whopping five minutes of consultation, he sends me home, telling me to take pills I won't buy anyway and, more importantly, a certificate excusing me from the classes for the rest of the week. Dad's barely home, fully focused on his campaign. When he's back, he locks himself in his office and only comes out for meals. If he took a second to notice me, he would probably have questions like, why are you so down all the time, or, what about

Sad news. He was a kind human and an imaginative writer. GA will be emptier without him.

The food tastes like ashes. It's steak with grilled veggies, one of my favorites, but I have to force every bite like I'm eating gravel. All I can think of is what I have to say to my parents to make them move me to a different school. I wish someone would say something. The sound of chewing and clinking becomes infuriating. Usually, Mom and Dad talk about their days or complain about politics. It’s like my mood is so strong that it radiates to the whole room. Like there's nothing left wort

That's extremely flattering, thank you so much! I never really know what to think about my writing until I put it out there, so it's a relief to see it resonate with you. And let's not forget the invaluable help of my editor, @EMoe57, who mercilessly spots my mistakes and clumsy sentences : ) What can I say, one of the guesses that you guys have made is correct, but I'm not saying it yet, because there is more to it than just another Rufus in real world/other media. The hints are stretched across many chapters. Two major ones are in chapter 4, one in the class presentation scene, the other one in the scene where Tyler and Rufus practice saying their parts together. There will be at least one major hint in upcoming chapters.

I stay up to date with how teenagers speak mostly through watching youtube and sometimes other social media. "Incel" is a word that made it to the mainstream, more or less, but "simp" or "ASMR" don't realy exist outside of their niches, as far as I know.

I appreciate every comment, guys - whether you love to hate my characters or hate to love them. My space is above the fold, the comments section is all yours : )

I have to admit, just like Tyler, I only found out about Eric Carmen when writing the story and I decided to include it And yeah, at 15 every asset to boost your ego is good, and not being a 12yo anymore isn't an exception. I'm happy you discovered my story. I'm very proud of it and I hope you continue enjoying it!

Great points! Someone desperately needs to crawl out of his thick shell and I don't think it's Rufus. As a non-native speaker, I was wondering how that "joke" would land. I was aiming for something between witty and lame. I hope it didn't come off as completely weird. As to Dad's real thoughts, hopefully they'll become clearer later on.

Never thought I'd make this headline! -
Thank you for all the beautiful comments. I hope you don't mind that I don't reply to every single one. There's not much meaningful and spoiler-free I can add to your conclusions anyway. I only hope you stay around for the six remaining chapters. That's a funny thing, right? High school can be so much about belonging with a group. If you choose to join one and are accepted, you waive some of your right to privacy. The group likes to know who its members are, and if they discover you've been hiding something from them, they become suspicious and expect you to come clear. It's all about joining a group who accepts you for who you are. Possibly Tyler aspired to a group he didn't belong to in the first place and now he faces the consequences. Loved it! I'm very similar in that regard! That said, I don't mind if a story has sad ending - as long as it's somewhat hopeful, setting the protagonist on the path to become a better person. Makes them learn an important lesson. Life is not always a bed of roses and I don't think pretending it is would help anyone in any way.

Thank you for the comment. Well said! Read on to find out : )

I silence the alarm clock after the first tone and sit up straight in my bed. It feels like waking up on a Christmas morning. I get dressed, and leave home without breakfast. I've never been so happy to start a day before 6 am. When I turn into the street where Rufus lives, I stop in my tracks and quickly back off behind the corner. I cautiously peek and watch his mom struggle with her car door. She does it for a few seconds before the door gives up, and she gets in hastily. I hug the wall

I'm sorry, it was a cruel joke. I think it meant "thanks for the chapter" :))))

As always, I'm excited to read your comments. As I was writing, I didn't fully realize how ambiguously the secondary characters' intentions are portrayed. I'm happy to see it keeps you guys guessing. Thank you for reading and commenting! It's me, too. But not Tyler. He uses language that helps him fit in his group. It may take him a while to even start recognizing it. If it was Rufus narrating, we would probable see more penises, and less dicks

"Can you see it?" I ask Rufus, who has his eye pressed to the telescope's eyepiece. "No." "Give it a few seconds. It should come into vision any moment now." "I don't see anything yet. Maybe you… Wait! It's coming in from the left edge!" "Told you! It's not my first rodeo, friend." "I can see the rings and everything!" Rufus exclaims with excitement. "Neat, huh?" He turns to me with the goofiest boyish smile I've seen on him yet. "Wanna have a look?" "I've

Chapter 9 - Paw Patrol Returns
Arch Hunter commented on Arch Hunter's story chapter in Chapter 9 - Paw Patrol Returns
Wow, thank you so much :))) Black Fox holds a special place in my heart for sure and I can't wait to continue! And I'm glad to hear you enjoyed Dark Star :)) And since it's probably about time to give you guys an update on Black Fox - I wrote Book 4 a couple of months ago but... it's just not good. After Book 3, I had a rough idea about where I wanted to take the story, but it looks like through some decisions I had made earlier, I effectively wrote myself into a corner. I know many authors would just post it anyway and move on, but I just can't do it. I need a good and worthy continuation of these series. I'm not sure what's going to happen now. I have a few ideas, one of which is a complete rewrite of Black Fox 1-3. Black Fox Book 1 started as the second erotica story I've ever written (and my second ever attempt to write something in English). Looking back at it, it's charming, cute, has nice characters and plot twists, but just isn't that good overall. I also made a huge mistake in Book 3.... To make it really worthy many Seasons and your time, I should develop it more and really plan ahead. I'm not yet 100% sure if this is what's going to happen but it's more and more likely the more I think about it. We'll see. Until then, I need you to be patient and perhaps check my other stories Thank you for reading, enjoying, and commenting ❤️ -
Thank you so much for all the comments! I love GA but damn, is it hard to keep things secret from you guys! Yet, with every story, I will keep trying! Not saying you got something right in particular. Maybe, maybe not. Who knows. My worst fear is that your theories and predictions will prove more interesting than what I wrote I feel very grateful for your such a perceptive and engaged audience 🙏 Early 2000s Poland wasn't the most tolerant place in the world, but even here I had way more luck coming out to my parents than Tyler seems to have so far. There's definitely a reason for his mother to be upset but luckily it's not based on my experience. As to what it is, you'll have to wait and see!

I'm surprised to find both Mom and Dad are home. Dad comes out of the office to greet me and ask about my day. "I know that conference, of course," he says. "A few years back, they asked me to give a talk about the importance of a strong middle class in developed societies, but I had to turn it down. Some speakers they got on board that year… an absolute disgrace, son." "So, should I say no?" I ask, already knowing the answer. "Absolutely not. I want you to go for it! These were d

Btw, there's a grand prize for anyone who figures out why Rufus's first name is Rufus. First early hints have already dropped. Not that it's important or anything, haha! It's pretty niche stuff, but maybe someone can figure it out. Thank you for commenting everyone, it's a lot of fun reading your thoughts.

🎉🎉🎉 No one changes overnight, right? Let's hope it's the exception here! Damn, I did not think about it! Luckily I don't make mainstream TV series, because one day I could make a nice script about Peter and Denis and everyone would be all over me. It's great to hear it, hopefully there are a few more good ones ahead... Thank you! Let's hope they can stick to the path of honesty for the remaining 9 chapters : ) Yeah, unlike Tyler, I think Rufus had practiced his little speech. Otherwise, he wouldn't find courage to say all the things he had in mind! Wow, this is extremely flattering, thank you And trust me, being patient isn't easy for me. After all, sex is such a convenient tool to push the story forward. I hope you enjoy the pay-off! Oh man... The comics are almost unknown in Poland and I had no idea. Now I can't unsee it! 😭

"You did great," I tell Rufus when we leave the classroom. "Thanks. I'm glad it is over. It was too much." He's out of breath like he just ran a marathon, but there's pride in his eyes, too. Rufus is usually level-headed about his top school performance, but this time he looks like he's just climbed Mount Everest. The As we got feel only like a cherry on top. "Boys!" Mr. Hudson calls after us. "Can you stay for one minute?" "Yes," I say, and we look at him while the others d
