I enjoyed this show. As a former show choir kid, i find it pretty clever. And the lead singer girl was the original Wendla in Spring Awakening, which totally geeked me out. Yay obscure musical theatre references. I'll be watching the show in the fall for sure.

Acutally, yes. I have a friend who's been obsessed with J.J. Abrams since Alias, and now he's planning on seeing the movie. Even though he's made fun of me for years for liking Star Trek. Ah well...

YAY! *pumps fist in victory* Soo... the I've been wasting time on the official movie website right now, and I have a new desktop wallpaper! WOO! And maybe I'm the first one to point it out, but Chekov is TOTALLY adorable. And according to Wikipedia, younger than me... hmm. That's odd.

I'm honestly not that concerned. The last REALLY bad flu outbreak we had was in 1917 or something like that. I have enough faith in medicine to not be too worried. I just feel bad for those living in areas that don't have high water quality, or water availability. (some of the areas in Mexico that have been hit pretty bad...) Though I would imagine that areas with high health standards should be fine... Unless of course this is a zombie virus or something.

Apparently there's a suspected case in Milwaukee, which means that it's gotten to Wisconsin. Of course knowing us, maybe we'll just drop to below freezing tomorrow, and that will kill it off. Our ridiculous weather here has to be good for SOMETHING. As a college student living in the dorms, we were all given emails about precautions, as if we DID get hit on campus, it would be very bad because everyone is in such close proximity. Buuuuut, I'm not too worried. And I JUST got done being sick. Though, Swing Flu would probably be the ultimate excuse for not getting my papers turned in...

X-Men and Star Trek all the way! And Harry Potter is coming out in June or July right?? Because i'm TOTALLY there as well! And swine zombies aren't going to stop me!

I haven't been following the series (any of them) as much I should, given me normal fan-boy like tendencies. STILL, my sister, father and I plan on going this weekend I believe (which is a pain, becasue I have two papers to finish!!) However, I still have fond memories of all of the TNG movies, and am very very excited for this one. My dream job is STILL a starfleet medical officer.

Indeed!! There are a ton of Ben's on my campus... it's a little frustrating. I hear my name, and wave... and it's never for me. hahaha.

Oh my goodness! I totally forgot about the 6th Sense... The first time I saw it was at this old budget theatre in town... and I was in 5th grade. Right after a scary part, I went downstairs to get a refill on my soda... it was soo scary, becasue it's a very old building with dark narrow stairways! *shudders* I don't think I've been able to see it since!
