    We were surrounded by sheep farms (New Zealand 🇳🇿) and my parents would swap fruit and vegetables for meat. I was about 8 when I put together the young lambs and Calves into the plate. Huge vegetables garden but very healthy living. Was about 9 when I had bought icecream not home made

    My parents had an orchard and sold the fruits, seconds ere preserved, we also made butter and cream with a butter churn, this in the late 60s, a hard life, school holidays meant working in the trees.

    @RedMoon, I looked at your website and it looks impressive, my nieces are learning Mandarin but not sure if they know enough to translate, but in a way I am hoping that you are transcribing / translating to English all your stories. Loving this story and hoping for many more. Definitely I have recommended it and hopefully others will as well so that more readers can find this marvel!!

    My mother would give us icecream with a dollop of hot stewed peaches in winter in front of the open fire. One of the best childhood memories 💖

    Lordy, lordy, lordy.... how do you do it. Honestly, spellbinding.. even though less than 2000 words, more conveyed than some in 5000 words. If only each chapter was 5000 words, but... then the anticipation for a new chapter would be lost. I am in Australia so each new chapter is waiting at breakfast, you have created an amazing place to visit, thank you 😊

    Qana.. what had held him up? Are others also being attacked? Are the Canines targeting the Wolves or just the Snow clan? More questions!?. Who are the attacking group and who sent them. Wiil Winter Chill be needed and can its strength be 'lent' ? Loving the Pigsirpoq interactions 😍 ❤ Greedy that I am, just over 2000 words finishing one cliffhanger only to hand another! ( hoping for a 6000 word chapter 🙏)

    It "Them" making themselves known is my guess. I just love the tail and ears as a form of communication and frequently wish I could display to my 2 teenage girls. Luckily I was overseas for 10 days so my equilibrium is fine, husband if had a tail would be thrashing around...hahaha

    This story is such a delight, I have no idea which way it will fall, but all the characters are so interesting and entertaining. Even the future/past chapters only add depth not a discordant tone which you have skilful avoided. Most impressed with your skill. (He sighed enviously)

    I suspect Thors wealthy parents are going to be most unhappy and vocal just when the clan arrive and the flame will be lit. Also that Thors parents will be beholden in some way to Stef or Brad. Jeremy needs time, thats all. And Kris to occupy both his body and thoughts.
