The Ancient Relic of the Massive Cock
Darryl62 commented on Mark Arbour's story chapter in The Ancient Relic of the Massive Cock
I thought that the condo was gifted to Jeremy by Stef.? Could be wrong, and Jeremy has trust funds. It could get nasty with Kris knowing what to do to get control from Brad. (Fight, fight, fight!!!)- 51 comments

The Ancient Relic of the Massive Cock
Darryl62 commented on Mark Arbour's story chapter in The Ancient Relic of the Massive Cock
I am sure Claire will be telling Jeremy that he has a very short timeline to get to a good place. The discussions are exactly what I thought Jeremy would do. Most excellent 👌- 51 comments

Such beautiful hauntingly wonderful writing. Really soft but deep story, thank you for letting us peer in for a look

And the lovely thing about stories is that the author decided what stays in!

Hahaha! Perfect, "Right now..."

I was thinking, its about time Travis was knocked off by @Mark Arbour. Helps to show Will develop maturity with loss, (yes, I know he lost his mum, but didn't have an intense relationship with her). Travis has served his purpose. Perfect set up for Will to be faced with unexpected trauma. All grist to the Mill as my mother was wont to say (everything can be made useful).

Like @PrivateTim, I too have been ruminating , so far I am not as enamoured of this story as others from the CAP saga. It's my own animosity towards Will that leaves me cool. Self centred, thinnest of skins, and while I understand that he is still an adolescent, he is an adult legally. There is so much he can support, the Mission, the foundation, and yet, it's all about "me, me, me" . Bring Jeremy back! Have Rosa scold him for being uncaring and Isadore and Frank get him doing some philanthropy... ( I'm ready for the tussle and scorn peeps!!!)

Whenever I see that @PrivateTim has posted a comment I rush to read. Invariably pithy, twisted, humorous and occasionally alarming in its bite (been an unexpected recipient!) But always engaging. You were missing for a while.. @Collan, welcome and forwarned! Hahaha 😆

I worry that Tallyrand will wrinkle out the real reason for Caroline attachment to the group. He is not without resources of his own and its just the kind of intrigue that @Mark Arbour excells at. May your thanksgiving have been kind

I think this is the best chapter in the book so far. I cried. Then, I laughted. Then I cried again Trust me, I am a hard nosed country boy, orphaned. My father died first of lung cancer but I told him before he died that I was gay, he said "that took courage and at age 15 I became a man in his eyes". My mother died from an accident 7 years later. This story resonates in its truth. My god. I need a break for a bit. Thank you @DomLuka

I had to go back to the previous chapter to get back into the story, Wonderful head games going on. Poor Em, I think Finley is going to lay claim or lay someone out in frustration very soon ( hopefully!!).

I am happy for all the boys in this chapter, more Marie please, she is going to rock Harvard. I think that a clue was dropped about speaking Spanish that will be important later on, Marie will overhear something.. she and Will are in a perfect hostage situation thinking about Central America / South America.

I am disappointed with Will, after all the drama about becoming an adult by asking for emancipation, he allows his father to come on all heavy to the Dean as its "amusing ". The Dean was doing his job with hypermasculine show-offs on both sides. Clearly for Will, adulthood is only when he wants it. Life in general doesn't work that way for most people 😕

I personally think that Jeremy will not contact his male family members at all, except perhaps Stef, if only to keep his current role and social position in the fashion world. That level of grovelling will be epic to read. I hope Jake follows up on seeing a spinal specialist to see what can be done. Finally, I can see Claire attempting a meeting up which will be a disaster for all concerned 😟

I had to look where Missouri was. Totally unknown to me, sorry @Mark Arbour, but I have only flown over your state from California to Washington DC. Mind you, Auckland wouldn't be on your radar either!
-
Mr Arbour, sounding like JP at the head of the table hahaha 😆 🤣

Something tells me that Stef and Fab will have some connection, possible a cousin of his mothers family and before that is uncovered, Fab will have time with Brad and Jake, unless our author decides to make it that Jake catches Brad fending off the Frenchmen and misconstrue the scene...

You were going so well! And then you thought you were on X... but I am sympathetic to you. I spent time in Milan, beautiful men, went to the Gay sauna and average men seemed less. They weren't, it's just the ccomparison between the pedestal and the pedestrian..

Sister George Michael you mean? Gods, what a show.. Claire and the Sister would be beasties for sure
-
John Paul Young, Australian is the original singer I believe, also goes by the nickname "JP", just throwing it out there as a small spooky coincidence

And can I suggest Heartstoppers, then Derry Girls for light refreshments ( subtitles required!)

I do wonder about Mo, without trying to raise a sensitive topic, as a Muslim, (he like Christians) can be from an easy going branch, think Lebanese Muslim living in peace and Afghanistan Muslims totally different. Is he a product of his upbringing that he is trying to discard? Drinking alcohol is Haram and being gay is totally out. I think @Danners has it right, he might be fighting himself inside and his words are the edges of his own trouble mind

I do smile to myself that we all refer to Kenji " Business Business ". I still think its Yakuza / Gokudo business but hopefully the legitimate side of things, the tattoo sleeves and back are all signs of membership in criminal activities in an older Japan, not sure how much it is in modern Japan.
