I wasn't sure if I wanted to read Ralph story, as book one made him seem cowardly, BUT, i am so glad that I did. Beautifully drawn picture of a man under pressure, who I have seen many times in my life. The children are a delight and having 2 young girls in my life I can recognise truth when it is written, some lovely writing that is uplifting and so warm. Envious of the writing style and often had to drag myself to bed after 1 am as it is a "just one more chapter ". Looking for more of these men and their lives, I certainly feel Ralph and Nolan (and Theresa comments in the background!) Just delightful

Travis hasn't asked her why she thinks she was kidnapped, he hasn't questioned her about any unusual activity in her recent past, or wondered why shes with him.. not in any real detail. As for "Be Rad" and Jake, well... thats all down to the esteemed author who is playing cards close at this point, same with JP, Stef, the whole crew. Silence 🔕 🤫. Our school year begins in February and ends in December, but I know you Americans do it differently, perhaps @Mark Arbour is gearing up for your end of scholastic achievements and is now in the business end of the year. just another thing, our end of financial year is 30 June, others 30 March, so here in Australia we are gearing up for tax time.- 27 comments

I had posted, about how Ray will be a focused point to the witches and they will not be pleased. The Vampires have yet to arrive but will smell the Queen blood and will surely treat carefully. Brilliant work 👏 👍 👌

I don't hate Travis, just indifferent to his self induced drama (that's all you @Mark Arbour), after so many people in this series who have depths and true internal dialogue, hes just... a stupid idiot. Admittedly, its a story line that I will cruise though, others also seem to think that he's been a fool, even he is beginning to think so. Love ya back 😘 ❤️ 💓

Seems plausible with this author. She might have run out of money and Travis is such an idiot and total tool this she has found partners for this scheme. As a side bar, lovely revenge. Also checking the trail from plane and back seems so obvious why hasn't it already been done?

I know that it is all fiction, but I really want Travis to die, he deserves it. After all that has happened to him, hospital, stalking, his whole family dramas and he doesn't bother with security? Its not like he's poor. Would rather hear about Jeremy at his sessions with Dr Jones thanks. Travis is tedious as fuck. Over to you all now..hahaha

I think the misdirection is good. Fin knows a lot, appears poor by the snarky comments by Sarah and others. Perfect for passing information on Will and Travis. Part of a larger conspiracy, still going with Alexandria Carmichael..

In sitting in hospital here in Sydney Australia, 5 am it started, having just watched the 2nd semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest, sadly Australia did not make it through to the final. Milkshake Man was so... tempting with an attractive man. Anyhoo.. loving the story, keeping me entertained and I understand the delay in chapters, not that I like it. The spell backfired, did she learn nothing from the slap? Will have to entertain myself my looking at your other stories here. Thanks again for your lovely work 😘 😊

I am looking forward to the Cowes saga with a fractious Caroline having her freedom curtailed while acting pregnant ( no out and about while pregnant in this era) . Hopefully, the Princess is also ready for the headstrong self-centred harpy..hahaha, poor Calvert. He will have Granger to comfort him as the screeching reaches a crescendo...

You played it perfectly! I think we all thought Michael was a bit strange, but to know he was a psychic and he had the blessing of the Senate...well, totally took me by surprise. Circles within circles, well played! -
In my head I seem to remember that Alistair killed himself after leaving a voice mail to Will which he retrieves far too late. After the exposure he and Jeremy had with the paedophile. I am sure that if I have this wrong, someone will know.

The car arriving add a sense of urgency and slight foreboding that a very old pledge was being called in. Hopefully more people will arrive and with them perhaps knowledge that had been forgotten. Loved the pictures of the valley and its stillness when viewing the panels. Brynjar.. Exact Same Size. Shivers, even though we had guessed back at the first shift. Renato, what a surprise and a clear thread to all other Vampires in daylight. ohhh, suspense for what the witches will try. -

My, my, my... if touching alone while thinking about shifting can make it happen, and drinking 🍸 the essence of Ray gives Gabriel magical qualities, can it be diluted. ( a New Zealand on air TV series called "The Creamery" comes to mind.) How many drops per litre? Honestly, my mind is just in overdrive! And helping the Vampires instead of fighting. Who knows?!? Author, make haste!!! -
