We have a villa in Calp, Spain 🇪🇸 house in Camberly Surrey, flat in Notting Hill 🇬🇧 Apartments in New Delhi and Mumbai 🇮🇳 House in Wanaka and Auckland 🇳🇿 along with our primary residence Sydney 🇦🇺 Looked at USA, but the IRS put us off as a foreign national. We were looking at California as a liberal state. All our places have needed work due to nature. Flooding, drought, snow, fires the lot. All I want is a quiet time..hahaha nope. Not up to CAP standards, and more diligence about tracking finances than in these stories! Good luck to us all...

I have been thinking along the same lines, could this be a red herring that we have all leapt upon whilst our esteemed author @Mark Arbour has his merry jape. Here in Australia, 18 is the legal age in most states, but we also have fake ids . Im going with red herring...(fingers crossed)
