Perhaps offering a counter attack, but he is clueless in the invasion, was it because he was thinking of a romantic venture with Felicia? Could the Scar be just jealous? I think a refund may be in order from the resort if things get out of hand!! Err, but the illegal parking may cost that one. Brian is too happy, well fed and clean, maybe he will be a bit angry with Scar ruining his vacation. Great Chapter CJ!!

    ................I think almost all most of religions offer a 'life after death concept' not just Christians, is it a 'got ya' by the ruling party of each country? You know to keep the peasants in line? Or does the concept run deeper and beyond politics? Who knows? My belief is that there is another avenue after we leave this shell life, and whatever it is, it is there.

    ...........Excellent points 'Old Bob' I can't wonder that equation to our (US) treatment of black people before the civil rights movement. The fear of blacks raping our young women in the streets mentality, it seems to have evaporated for the most part in society. So where does Homophobia stand? It really can't, it is 'irrational' in thought, I can equate the former fears of the blacks produced upon the whites perception. To today's 'Homophobia bias' the latter a product of religious persecution, sound familiar?

    ............I agree, each flu season in the US alone produces 33,000 deaths, so when this one came up, hailed as a 'mother' of all flu epidemics I was concerned enough to venture 10 million dead in the world. Given the 3rd world and the progress of the WHO in vaccines. This flu has been a quiet one.

    ..............Great chapter!!! Poor Eric, I hope he isn't too rattled to drive. Jensen may want to re-think about going out on future dates with Eric! One thing I found missing in this chapter was Pvt. Johnson. Therefore, I declare a cliffhanger! Another thing is I have a feeling the General and Felicia are going to hook up somehow, maybe security for Instinct, maybe something else, and sadly maybe Felicia taking a bullet for the General. So many un-opened doors here, Brandon's parents, JT's reaction to his wife's absence, How the Scar deduces where Instinct is staying; Turning to face Yuri, The Scar said,
