Well the boys have started work, before their time is over they will have shown the forman that they are the real deal as to put in the effort. How did Patric get to the Mansion all we know is he arrived in a taxi? His parents house is in El Paso, the mansion is in Austin.

It is difficult to understand why the sexual preference of the Governors son should be of such concern in the years beyond 2000? One only has to look back over the last century and look at the two world wars and a deep depression to realise the thinking of most people has altered in a number of ways. Why people still chose to quote from a testament written so long ago and when the world was so different from today is beyond me being gay is no different than being left-handed? Most odd. This was a different chapter where we see hatred and envy overrule common sense. Well written and insightful. Thank you👍

It is sad when a mother is so horrible to her children that one, her youngest son needs to have therapy because of what she and her vindictive behaviour has caused him to have nightmares about her killing him or one of the boys especially the youngest.

When it all comes down Elizabeth got what was coming to her at last. Not that she deserved to die but you can only get so many chances before it all crashes and burns. Will this put a dampener on a quiet wedding for the Governor and Barbara? That was the last thing we expected with Elizabeth. More twists and turns than a mountain walking track. Another very interesting chapter. Thanks🤯

Martha is only out to control one of her children and that is Jake and by control I mean by getting him into some depraved mind-bending program. The other three children she wants to live with her. She will fall flat on her face as they don't want her around anymore. An interesting end to another cliffhanger. Great writing as usual thank you.👍

What a disappointment that not one of the family were with Josh for moral support at the Glee Club. As for needing to have sex where you may be caught doesn't say much for one's feelings for their partner.

While Elizabeth is nothing but trouble, I think the treatment dished out was a little too harsh. The sub teacher bringing a gun into the class is taking things a little too far. A very interesting chapter👍

How could any Judge, accept an insanity plea in this case? Martha was heard by several people saying kill my gay son. This alone should get her a long sentence at least in a mental institution, then deliberately shooting a number of police should make an even longer time in lockup.

Taking a gun to go visit your children, surely Martha cannot think it will make any difference. She was fortunate the protection brigade didn't see it or she could have been wounded or killed. Chris is living in a fantasy world if he thinks he really has a chance of getting back with Jake.

Chris was so wrong in the way he kept away from the confrontation between Elisabeth and Josh. But even so, to let him keep hurting alone could be difficult for them all should he try to self-harm. Could they live with that on their conscience??

I think Martha is going through menopause acting so irrationally. Elizabeth deserves all she gets, she is as stupid as Matha.

Really! I know this is a story, but, did the two elder brothers really expect their younger brother Jake to open up with loving arms at first in light of what they have done to him? We all, know that is not how the real world works. As for the mother well my thoughts on her are not printable. Another interesting chapter, thank you.

This is a difficult time for Chris, let's not forget how his father treated him for years and may do so again? I am not suggesting one should overlook his ill-advised treatment of Josh, could it be that he saw much of his own father's behaviour when Elizabeth was slapping Josh at the pool. While he caused the breakup of his relationship with Josh. It became what it became!

Well, the father is back home and things are better for it. I am sure he has accepted that Josh is trending toward being gay. Josh sure has all the pickets in his fence, swimming, singing and now playing the piano, once he gets over being in the spotlight he is headed to be in a good place in his life. Like this story a lot👍

Surely the court would not let the farther back into Chris's life after the dossier they have on his treatment of the lad. I liked this chapter well written and lots of action at home and abroad.👍

What a connection the that the two lads have. I am so relieved that Brandon is supporting his brother and can talk to his mother into letting them both go visit the hospital.

You are a very sick individual, to write such a disgusting account of such torture. While I accept there is conversion therapy that is used to alter the behaviour of some. What you wrote was nothing but that which a sadistic individual who gets their rocks off from reading such evil. I will continue to read this story but not with the same amount of Interest.. You have polluted an interesting story with garbage. Not at all happy.

Another chapter at your high standard of writting. The opening at the Cameron was an interesting event also, while at the same time catching up with all the family on their return for the official opening. Most interesting.
