What a sad ending to a difficult situation. Josh took the only way left to him, he knew his choice of young lads was wrong and was challenged about it. Amazing story, very hard to put it down.

Lifeisnever what we imagine it will be. As Children we are sold the magic of Christmas, that however only last a few years. The rest is for ones self to to untangle before it is too late. Sam has now learnt consequences of ones actions do cause reactions.

It appears the house is falling apart, surely they must all realise that they all need each other to survive. As for that idiotic girl becoming pregnant, she has no one but herself to blame. Could this just be a scam to latch on to Sam as a way out for her? Nore, is he the rock that JP has latched on to thinking he will fill the void?

I had wondered if we would hear about Jeff again. His death by overdose was like a kick in the guts. But with his sad home life at the beginning, this was the only way it could end for him. His state of mind was set in stone by his rotten family, they were all to blame. One is reminded of that saying look back in anger! Quiteasad ending to a troubled life. Another great chapter, thank you. LWJ.

An interesting development crossdressing! That came out of leftfield. Poor Jeff he really is in limbo. He needs JP in his life and he really is unable to accept the chasm that has truly led to their estrangement he has caused himself Stephan, is as much to blame if not more so. Surely the request to covert to the religion of Russia, will not be to difficult. After all Henry8th abolished the Roman Church in England, just go through the motions until you are able to leave. Then again will they go to a different Heaven or Hell? The upheavil caused by religion is no different today. Quite odd really, still a great read.

One thing I really do like about your writing is that while there is plenty of sex, one does not have to endure the sexual gymnastics that are found in a number of other works. This makes the overall story more interesting and adds depth to the characters. Another great chapter thanks.

Being well behind in coming to this story for as today we are at the very end of November 2021. It is interesting to note the different tensions that are played out in the salons and onboard ships of the Royal Navy. It have been an absorbing tale thus far. This latest voyage to the Baltic will be fraught with danger on two fronts that of the hostile sea lord of the region, as well as the extreme cold while on board the sailing ships. You are to be congratulated on this well constructed telling of naval life in the late 1750's until the turn of that century. I am loving it. LWJ.

I am paraphrasing here, but l really liked the irony , when telling of scars thoughts, "He opened his mouth to speak, words of grandiose eloquence, but realised there was no one to hear him. Great writing to end the live of an ogre. Well done and a great chapter.😱😱😱😱
