Like @weinerdog I read quite a bit, at least when time allows it. But my memory being what it is, I can recall having read something without retaining any recollection of the plot until I'm actually reading along. So it's like reading something again for the first time (does that make any sense?) If I've read an earlier edition of this, it hasn't popped out at me. In any case, I know I'm going to enjoy this, even without knowing where it's going. How do I know? Because @Lee Wilson wrote it - though sometimes our Esteemed Author freaks me out with what I will simply refer to as "unpleasantnesses" (kapiche?). I figure Real Life can be unpleasant enough as it is, and I don't need to import any extra unpleasantnesses from the World of Fiction. Oh, and Grammar Police: I know unpleasantnesses is not a proper word. But I suspect most of you know what I'm talking about...
