  1. So, @drsawzall, it seems like my mind was in that same gutter you were alluding to... glad for your company!
  2. Boy, wouldn't I just LOVE to wake up lost, with only a Cute Boi to deal with 🙂
  3. I'm scared to death of drowning (always have been!) My own adrenalin is pumping through me, and it's not even 7am. Help!

    Chapter 5

I've been reading only because of the excellence of the author, @Ronyx. Otherwise, it's been like I'm hanging on by my fingernails - not that I experienced anything like Neil, but I could have imagined it happening to me so easily.

    Hello Strangers

Like @weinerdog I read quite a bit, at least when time allows it. But my memory being what it is, I can recall having read something without retaining any recollection of the plot until I'm actually reading along. So it's like reading something again for the first time (does that make any sense?) If I've read an earlier edition of this, it hasn't popped out at me. In any case, I know I'm going to enjoy this, even without knowing where it's going. How do I know? Because @Lee Wilson wrote it - though sometimes our Esteemed Author freaks me out with what I will simply refer to as "unpleasantnesses" (kapiche?). I figure Real Life can be unpleasant enough as it is, and I don't need to import any extra unpleasantnesses from the World of Fiction. Oh, and Grammar Police: I know unpleasantnesses is not a proper word. But I suspect most of you know what I'm talking about...

    Chapter 5

How does one go about getting one's own royal elf??!? I'm not asking for myself, of course ... I'm enquiring for a friend 😉

    Chapter 4

    Amen!
  8. I had no idea what to expect when I started reading this barely moments ago. But I discovered that this is just what I needed this evening! Maybe it's all due to some Fairy Dust or something. I am grateful 🙂

    Chapter 1

Sometimes I still do. Heck of a way to live. Fortunately, I can get a grip... Great start, @Ronyx!
  10. My path was a bit different, but I too remember lying in a strange bed, crying my eyes out. They were tears of joy, though my Swiss host at first did not know how to interpret the emotions that poured out of me. I quickly assured him that he had made me a very, very happy boi that afternoon. It was not the first time that I had given myself to another man, but somehow a line had been crossed that day.

    Chapter 1

Something's telling me I'm going to like this story 🙂
  12. This was so unexpected. As a native of Illinois (Chicagoland, no less) I was immediately drawn to the story because of its title. Then the issue of dealing with a homophobic mother (mine was only mildly so, thank heavens) seemed to take me one way, but the text took us another way. I will have to go back now and find the author's other works. I am looking forward to that voyage of discovery. Meanwhile, I hope everyone - from author to readers - had a great holiday today. Mine was splendid - even without any bedroom naughtiness LOL.

    Chapter 1

Makes me wonder if I've missed out on something. Kinda late for me, though - I've passed my three-score and ten already.

    Antonis

Hopefully this match made in Greece will prove to be a match made in heaven!

    Chapter 1

I had no ideal that such a story - the premise, the setting, the possible entrapment - would appeal to me. But it does. Considerably. I will gladly read on!

    Prologue

    Indeed, my good doctor, indeed!

    Chapter 1

I'm with @Tonyr on this. You caught me too!
  18. Better yet, might they post it HERE - or is that a no-no?

    Chapter 1

Always enjoyed just about anything @chris191070 has ever written. This is no excetion, so I'm very much looking forward to see how this develops. I am quite different from both Frank and John, yet I feel some sort of (kinship?) connection. I guess that's one of the marks of a good author. Kudos!

    November Surprise

After yesterday's debate, there was renewed attention paid to his eyeliner.

    Entry 57 & 58

When Ross goes back to London, wouldn't it be nice not to have pushed Thomas away? I mean, a bird in hand is worth two in the bush, eh?

    Entry 56

I don't remember life being so complicated LOL. But maybe nobody really had a crush on me at Thomas' age - or I was simply oblivious to it. It was all so, so long ago - though I clearly remember being "involved" with the boy across the street when we were both turning 12. I knew at the time that wasn't just a phase, or if it was, I'm still going through it 🙂
  23. Ah, yes - the source of my own (occasional) undoing. Reminds me of a song (no, not by ABBA @Summerabbacat lol): "She's come undone." At one point, that was almost my personal Theme Song. Still is, come to think of it. But instead of "pheromones," I usually call it "Kryptonite." It's more euphemistically subtle, somehow.
  24. I'm in tears. So beautiful. So haunting. THANK YOU @CasualWanderer82. It has been decades since I was last in my mother's homeland. I should go back. This might be the enducement I needed...
  25. Our most amazing author, @CasualWanderer82, has an uncanny knack for doing that. I am in awe.
