He's like me, a voyeur. Although, I'm also an exhibitionist.

Or maybe cock-eyed. Oh, wait. That’s too descriptive. That’s my kind of deli.

It’s a good thing to correct children’s mistakes, isn’t it? It’s like one big horny family there.
  4. Lee Wilson
It does fit for that, doesn’t it?

The Talbot/Tanner household began to get into a routine after the excitement early Sunday morning and the ensuing news about the arrests the next day. Sunday and Monday were Manny's nights off. As Rocky told Ms. Callahan, Monday evenings he and Manny had tennis lessons. Manny was slowly getting the hang of it. He'd never become a Novak Djokovic, nor even a Liam Broady, who was ranked 150th. Manny's tennis goal was to not lose every game to Rocky without scoring a point. As he'd said before, not

    Chapter 51

Right number of letters, but nowhere sufficiently bad enough. Another great chapter. I think the next two will be awesome, between ‘his kids’ testimony and Steve’s video, Calvin is screwed with a capital ‘F’.

Yeah, Boris’ cohorts not the brightest. School is a few chapters away yet, but remember, Rocky takes Karate lessons.

Hey, the little one looks like Rocky!
  10. Lee Wilson
No problems? I doubt it too. As a matter of fact, I'll guarantee there will be more problems, hehe. It's not just a year, it could be as many as nine if I get to and through the college years. 🤞

Thanks. There will be another one in about 2 weeks. Maybe a couple in a row.

Yes. Guardian tests passed, but will Manny ever see that piece of the estate he gets if he adopts Rocky? Hmmmm. I like making my bad guys knives a little on the dull side, so stupid is slightly ahead of incompetent, but those two, well, perhaps both apply. Like I mentioned above, no real plans for more interference from the Tanenov group (sounds like an investment firm saying it that way). Rocky? Traumatized? I think not: The women screamed. Manny screamed. Rocky said, "Cool."
  13. Lee Wilson
Glimmer? Hold that thought. Fucking with Bass would be a mistake for anybody, not just the Tanenov group. But that's getting waaaaaay ahead of things. Cool, so I was successful in making up a name!

Fat chance, indeed. But I think we'll give them a few quieter chapters.

I wasn't planning any more trouble from Ivan's leftovers, but I am still writing, so who knows? My logic behind Boris naming Manny was that everyone Boris currently knew was also known by the organization. He felt Rocky would safer if someone they didn't know would be the guardian, and there'd be less reason for them to worry about the family. Nope, not expecting any resurrections.

Friday Gloria Callahan came by at noon to check how things were going. Bass led Rocky, Gloria, and Manny to the study, asking if she wanted something to drink while passing the kitchen. She declined the offer. She began immediately, "So, Rocky, how has your time with Mr. Talbot been?" "It's been cool. He still sucks at tennis and Karate, but hopefully, he'll get better and be more of a challenge." "Then you would not be against him being your permanent guardian?" "Nope.

    Chapter 15 S2

Lee Wilson commented on Bill W's story chapter in Chapter 15 S2

Another good chapter. I don’t think someone at the door is a big cliffie. I’m sure it will be someone attempting to spread the Word. Idea man here. There are a huge number of ethnic groups they can transition to for their rescues. One time black, another hispanic, then oriental, Indian, the list goes on.
  18. Lee Wilson
I was a smart ass too, bet that’s no surprise. Yeah, next chapter’s gonna be fun.
  19. Lee Wilson
No, but I suspect I could do a better job than a lot of those who have.
  20. Lee Wilson
    Yes, they do.
  21. Lee Wilson
Thanks a lot. You do quite well in terms of speed and improvements.
  22. Lee Wilson
I could see Rocky being like that.

Considering initially Manny only knew Rocky had a 'situation,' he probably never gave a single thought about security, at least not until he was told about having an alarm panel in nearly every room. So far, no big tests, but little hints along the way, for sure. Although chapter ten is starting to look like it's going to have a big test. I appreciate your comments. I'm sure the positive feedback I have received from all of you has contributed to my, I'll say longevity, even having been here less than a year, and writing this kind of story for only a little over 13 months. THANK YOU ALL!
  24. Lee Wilson
Nope, only fifth for the month. And only 7th for the week. I guess I should start sending you chapters faster, hehehe.

Just a personal comment in that I sort of got a surprise after this chapter; I'm over 500,000 words on GA now. I never even thought I had that many words in me. If you knew me in real life, you'd know that I'm a very quiet person. I could go days without saying anything with no effort at all. Just noticed something else that blew my mind. In the list of most chapters, I'm on top for the year. Un-Fucking-real
