Personally, I think the receptionist was full of shit. When Diego first asked to see Walker, she would have called him to check, or more likely checked his schedule, which I’m sure was online. Either would have told her right away he was out. The other explanation is there were standing orders to stall and ignore Diego if he showed up again.

They do come in that low. There are dozens of videos. I remember seeing one that looked like it was so close, jumping would have been fatal. Like you surmised in the prologue, this one will be darker. -

This is a continuation, roughly fourteen years later, of my previous story, 'My Friend and Protector' (https://gayauthors.org/story/lee-wilson/my-friend-and-protector/). Carlo no longer needs Karl as his protector, but as a result of something related to his psychiatric practice, he needs his husband Brandon more than ever. I don't believe needing to read that first is a requirement to enjoy this one.
