  1. Kyan is twink?! 😱🤣
  2. I cannot even imagine situation that this "biological" parents want to see their grandchildren. I can think of something like: "Kyan, lets meet in a hotel lobby, but don't bring the kids please, you know that noise disturb our sensitive nerves"...or some similar BS! 🥴
  3. This...golf thing, made me think of something... I can imagine situation where Kyan is becoming famous and successful in "something" and then, his selfish, bastard parents show up directly from hell, suddenly wanting to be around their celebrity son, reminding him that they are his parents! 🤮
  4. Kyan a golf player...maybe another hidden talent...?!?
  5. @Mrsgnomieshines again: 😁 “You two are about as subtle as two dogs knotted.” “I think the poor guy could use a vacation from this vacation”
  6. ...and now, let me read the chapter properly, nice people, pls don't leave the party before I came beck!!! 🙂
  7. This is the first @Headstall story I have red. It made such a huge impression on me, and introduced me with the works of an exceptional and one of my favorite authors here at GA. When I started reading this story, my expectations were completely different. I thought it is another sappy story in romantic comedy movie style (you know the plot – tom boy sister has to bring some boyfriend at her sister’s wedding to show him to the family, after many comical events and some drama they have HEA) because that was just what I needed after some heavy topics of bulling and abuse. Well, that’s not what I got, I got something much better. First of all, Drake is not bringing his ex to the wedding, he is bringing the replacement of the ex. And this man (Jimmy) is such a wonderful guy, not that he is just playing a role, he is actually helping Drake confront his family, confront his past and grow in to stronger and self-confident person. After some drama, Drake and Jimmy get their HEA but that’s all I will say. Read the story and enjoy

  8. Oh, just as Nash and Kyan are my favourute characters. Don't get me wrong, Penn and Perry are wonderful, but, simply, too perfect.
  9. Another masterpiece from @Headstall. Only highly skillful author can write a story about breakup where at the end you don't feel sadness, but a relief and optimism. The story where you cheer up the protagonist for being brave and, although heartbroken, heading for the brighter future.

  10. After reading “Crown Prince Yoshi” and “The Prince and His Royal Guard” I thought, that’s it, you have hit the top of the genre, there can’t be anything better than this. Then, I have read “The Reluctant Consort” and I was completely blown away. This story is totally another level, it’s a jewel on a “Princes trilogy” series. There are so many interesting details, imaginary kingdoms, characters, intrigues, love, loyalty and betray. So rich in details, we could call it “The Lord of the rings” of the GA.

  11. Seems like everyone is aware of everything except Kyan - he's like a Sleeping beauty!
  12. Yeeees, I like @Mrsgnomie humor! There were few gems in this chapter too, I mean: "We went to town where Perry kept the economy afloat." Isn't it marvelous?!
  13. OMG, I have no words for Kyan's in laws!!! They are simply wonderful, there is not many parents like that (by the way, I would like to know what's the issue with Kyan's parents?!?). Anyway, they will help Kyan live and survive, they will be great support, but I have to stick with my money opinion, I really hope that he will not go back to his comfort zone. Kyan has so many hidden potentials and talents. He is discovering himself, he can be open, friendly, he found courage to speak with his in-laws... I mean, he can even dance as we saw in some chapter before (although others thought he cannot...or is it some Dayna plot too?!?). I would really like to see a real, beautiful "pearl in shell". Dear @Mrsgnomie you are leading the way, but you will make me very happy at the end of the story if I see, not only happy couple together, but strong, independent, self-confident, alpha (just small reminder of Penn 🙂 ) Kyan!
  14. ...and now, back to reading! 😁
  15. Surprised to see there is no more reviews for this wonderful story. @Laura S. Fox has unique style - witty, entertaining, funny, but not shallow, followed by good story and exceptional characters. There is love, there is romance, there is sex, there is drama, but, above all, this is story about friendship. Strong, loyal, unbreakable friendship is the first thing on my mind when I think about this story. Friendship for life is the one thing that makes this story so unique.

  16. This sequel is so important, important because it gives a hope for a second chance. We know how rare second chances are, so, when it happens, you should be grateful and accept it with open heart. The message of the story has been given by @Ronyx himself in last chapter - “Don’t be afraid to love”. I strongly recommend reading prequel "Brittle as a Bird" first, only then you will have a complete picture, you will understand characters and consequences the past have made on their lives.
  17. This was the first story by @Ronyx I have red, and still one of my favorites. This author is famous for his socially engaged themes. Whether it is racial, sexual or some other sort of discrimination, Ronix goes deep in the topic, exploring characters, emotions and human behavior. Disowned by deeply religious and selfish parents, abused by fanatic and hypocritical pastor, Matt - once good boy and promising student, find himself surviving on the streets. In a twist of fate, Matt is in position to help the boys from the street. As being one of them, it is not the knowledge from the books that can help them, but the same experience Matt is sharing with boys. These are so beautiful and emotional scenes that they will bring tears on your face. We can call Matt a hero, but he would correct us by saying that he is just a survivor.

    Endings

@Headstall is the master of communication and dialogs writing, and this story is the very best of it. Throughout the story, we see the growth of the men, becoming mentally stronger with developing self-confidence. The final confrontation, where every word spoken hit the right point is one of the best scenes and dialogs, I have red on GA. One of those rare moment when you think that author hit the top - there is simply no other or better way to write it than the author did it! I'm coming back often to this story, to reread at least last chapter.

  19. I’m aware that world is not some utopia where justice always wins but, let me dream about it! 🙂 Off course, as author, you have every right to develop your story as you like it and feel it. You are absolutely right about Josh and his position in society, at least he has Ethan to help him and support him. Many victims must face the problem alone. Anyway, if you ever decide to write some epilogue, think about satisfying karma and brig some joy to your readers in this awful world. 🙂
  20. Wonderful story, a true masterpiece which once you read, you continue coming back (for at least a few distinguished chapters). It is a love story, but it is also a story about maturing, family, loyalty and friendship. Nash, a wonderful guy, great with children, star of the town; but, oblivious to all his qualities and other people feelings about him. Penn, whole life in love with one person, loved and supported by his brothers but living in their shadow. Their journey, with so much beautiful small scenes which are the jewels of author’s writing is absolute joy of reading. Scenes in Thailand, romantic and sensual are simply amazing. Scenes on Hawaii when everything comes on its place, when Alpha becomes what he is meant to be all the time – Alpha male of the family (if you read the story, you will understand what I mean 😜 ), are so satisfying. Rich with intelligent humor, emotions and beautiful characters, this story can be considered as one of the best here at GA. Bravo!
  21. "When Opportunity Knocks" is my favourite of you! 🙂
  22. Yes, Kyan is exellent father, amazing one...but, somebody else is finance it, and its humiliating. I have red this chapter again, and, as much as shopping scene, with Kyan wearing begs is charming...I felt sad for him. He is so nice, no envies or jealousy toward Perry...he realy feels like burden as Mrsg said.
  23. Well written story but I cannot completely enjoy it because for me is not acceptable victim not to report rape, rapist to walk away free and, above all, make a joke about it around the school!
  24. Not scared, just amazed with first comment fight!
