I'm still confused by the deepness of their relationship. Instead of some crying chapter or two before, I haven't seen real emotions by Derek (ok, Jeremy has two years gap). A horrible thought went through my mind!!! I hope Asa will not going to die healing so many hybrids...something like ultimate sacrifice! Shadow and Light shifters both dead - that would be too much!!! Be careful what you are doing!!!

In one moment, I was thinking it was Caleb waking up Asa although I'm aware it is not realistic. But I enjoyed romantic thought of Caleb taking Asa in his arms and carried him to bed. And then nursing him through the night...

I can see that healing part has brought the most attention. It is exciting but, I have really enjoyed the first, bonding part with playing cards, sleeping together... It seems to me that healing started at that moment, when trust reaches such a high level that Caleb willingly put his life in the hands of his mate. It is so beautifully written, so emotional and heartwarming.

Dealing with amnesia must have been really difficult. Derek's experiance might help but it's hard to decide how much to say not to confuse patient. Luckily, emotions are still there behind the dark.
