  1. Wow...such a list of readings. I'll end up having to at least look at them. I have read Hamlet though, and found it a very good read.
  2. Yes, yes, must be up to date on your own world, huh? *giggles* Anyways, I've gotten to the point where I'm reading fanfiction. Right now mostly Harry Potter and Pirates of the Carabiean (sorry about the spelling) crossovers. What can I say? A Jack/Harry pairing is hot.
  3. I'm happy that you've hit a number that you find so fasinating. Congrats Kevin. I love reading your posts and what not.
  4. Congratulations Myr! *bounces around with a banner that says 'Congrats on 4000!'
  5. I've discovered that I rather like this really nice Rum. It's just the right blend of flavors that I'm looking for without being overbearing. But beyond a glass of that every so often, now days, I don't really drink.
  6. I love her books to and I am seriously ticked off that she is using her new found religion to drop her characters and to ban them from ever being discussed with her again. I know plenty of Christians who write all sorts of stories. Anyways, I like the way they are set up. I'm now reading her book Memnoc the devil or something like that...
  7. I prefer to be asked. In most of my relationships I was the one to do all the asking. it gets tiresome after a while.
  8. Mostly. I have tried hard to get ahold of Jason, but I've given up on doing so. I'm not going into details. I am now a hosted author on Authors Keep and is quite happy. I have my own forum there and will be fixing my sig to show that. I'm quite happy about that considering I'm the first female on it. BK is there, which is good. I am also apart of another forum, but due to some major reasons, I can't post the link here. I'm aslo participating in their anthology.
  9. Yay! Congrats on your two year mark. Hope we see many more writings come from you.
  10. I have to say, I don't care what race a person is, but I do have a thing for mulattos. They make me drool. Male or female, I don't care. Like it's said before, it's all about preference for looks, what a person is looking for personality wise and how their body reacts to that person.
  11. Not to make fun of you, but I read this line to my mother and she cackled. She does find that you covered in hair is kinda giggle worthy, but the line is funny. I can't do bears. To dang furry. You never know when you'll get hair instead of skin. It's annoying and hard to do much of anything.
  12. Yay! I'm happy that you have this opportunity. I'm also glad that you are a happy nerd. Happy nerds make the world go round since they know what they are doing.
  13. My perfect kiss was actually with my first with my girlfriend. It was after a date, moonlight picnic, camping and then movies the next day, and after she dropped my off... A perfect kiss can come in many different ways and times. It has to be with someone special who you feel for and who feels for you. It has to mean something to the both of you. It can be anywhere and at any time, but the best kiss in my opinion is the one after you've both said 'I love you' for the first time and truely meant it.
  14. Personally, I don't like body hair on me. I keep my eye brows trimed and neat, even though they are blond and you can't really tell where the hair is unless I use an eye brow pencil on them. I shave my legs and pits every couple of days and everywhere else...that's for me to know and my lover to find out. On a guy, I can't stand a frikin' jungle on his body, but if it's kept neat and trim, I love running my hands through a guys chest hair. I won't do anything to a hairy back. I have long nails that could split because of those wiry little buggers. On a woman, I like smooth. Have to be shaven, her legs and pits that is. I don't mind hair on a woman as long as it's kept neat. I'm an odd person I suppose.
  15. I'm staring at my screen. I can feel the words, hear them faintly whispering at me, teasing me, but...THEY BLOODY WELL WON'T COME OUT!! It's starting to drive me up a damn wall. I need to work on Chapter 3 of 'A Butterfly's Dream' and I know that it's there, the words just won't come to me. *headdesk* Alright, since my muse has decided to obviously take a back seat to my need to edit, I'm going to edit this new story that I'm working on and then read a Vo story. She has a new Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Supernatural/Harry Potter fanfiction with a Hyena!Xander/Sam pairing. It's cute so far. I'm about 20 pages into it and I still have some where around 90 to 150 more to go.
  16. I don't eat meat every day, but I can't stand not eating meat. My usual diet includes lots of salads, pastas and veggies with meat maybe 3 to 5 days out of the week. I do eat balongne, since I can usually get it on sale for like a dollar a package. Same with hot dogs. What ever you do, don't tell me what's in them. I'm living off around 200 to 300 dollars a month for food and that food can't have to much salt in it. Chicken, if I can get away with it, I'll bye whole ones. Usually spend about 5 to 10 dollars on a medium sized bird. If I'm stuck buying the parts, I'll find the best sale. I'll go across town if I need to dang it! Hamburger, I love the begining of the month sales. I can go to my fav store, and buy a five pound roll of meat for 5 dollars. Yes, I eat a lot of hamburger. Like I said, I don't mind eatting meat, nor do I mind the way the animals are treated as long as the conditions are sanitary and relativly humaine. If the conditions change to much on the way the animals are raised and killed, it's going to make it so that meat is to expensive for the lower tax brackets can't get it for a reasonable price, sales or no sales.
  17. Congrats Benji! Hope to see many more wonderful posts from you.
  18. Or at least in some semblence of life. I'm in pain and I'm sleepy still. Left over migraine pain...really. It sucks and I can't wait until I'm once more better. It's the summer heat thats doing me in. Beyond that, I'm working on my stories, all of them. Including the fanfiction stories. Yes, I write fanfiction. Slash actually. It's all good. I'm conteplating starting to post my fanfiction stories here but I don't know yet. I'll think about it.
  19. I only drink on occasion. Great occasion really. Usually around special times, like thanksgiving, christmas, new years and my birthday. Which is shoved into a five month stretch. And only like a cup or two of a mixed drink, usually sex on the beach. I do go out on occasion with family and friends, but I usually end up just drinking a smirnoff or a white russian then sticking to sodas.
  20. I want a ciggy now.... I have discovered that ciggerate smoke will now aggitate my allergies now though. It sucks and it makes it hard to hang out with out with others.
  21. All genres have their ups and downs. Unfortunately, like others have said, there are readers who are holding out for those writers whose lives have gotten in the way of their writting. I do know that it took me a good year for me to finish one of my stories since at the time I was trying to juggle a job and school. It's not an easy thing to do. It doesn't help the new writers who come out at this time and their self confidence to get nothing in the way of readership or reviewers. So right now, the genre isn't really stale as in a low point.
  22. This is where being bi comes in handy. I would continue to stay with them and respect their desicion to change their sex.
  23. It actually would, but I find that most holidays are a mix of different celebrations, festivles and times in history. It makes me giggle, really it does.
  24. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEMETZ!! I'm happy that you have hit another year.
