Adam might suggest that Ezra lied. We only have Ezra's word that he tried to pay child support. We don’t really have any confirmation other than Sarah’s propensity to refuse help. ;–)

I’m glad that Artie didn’t just blindly accept everything Ezra said. He was skeptical and showed his annoyance. Ezra was not expecting Artie to challenge him the way he did. ;–)

Aha! I was right! There is magic involved. ;–) That explains how the attacks can be spread throughout the continent as well as the ability to gather all those troops and getting them to sacrifice themselves. In our world youth and propaganda are combined to entice recruits to fill armies and navies. All while the warmongers stay safely behind, stirring up fervor and plotting bloody attacks. Magic also makes it more difficult to locate the magician. The magician doesn’t necessarily need to be near where the attacks are happening. But it does seem likely that the magic is stronger near the magician, dissipating with distance.

When women are described as handsome, it’s kind of a left-handed compliment. I think of sturdy farm women or other less-than-feminine women when I hear someone describe a woman as handsome. They are attractive, but not in a way that’s particularly sexually appealing to straight men. I guess many Lesbians I’ve met might be called handsome. They certainly aren’t ugly, but they aren’t attractive in ways that society values women. Quite often, they are what would be described as stocky or husky if they were men. -
Is this a spoiler for season 8? I haven’t watched the final season yet (I ‘acquired’ the first four episodes today)! I’ve been avoiding the spoilers, but I still found out who got to sit on the Iron Throne in the end even if I don’t know how it happened. ;–)

At Target, the Store Team Leader (aka Store Manager) used to reprimand people who found additional merchandise in counts. He mistakenly believed that they were somehow at fault. He should have been thrilled that someone corrected bad information! ;–)

I think there will be plenty of suggestions for the ‘volunteers.’ A repeat performance would be one possibility. The philandering Deputy is another. And the Mayor would probably be a popular target too. ;–)

That was the kind of human interest story that gets passed on to fellow affiliates across the country – possibly even sold to other countries around the world! It’ll go even further after it gets posted online. Clips will also get shown on late night talk shows! Since his name was prominently mentioned, every time someone searches his name online, that will be the first (and only?) thing that pops up! ;–) Good thing his daddy is giving him a job. Job interviewers would question whether he’d be a good fit for their company after seeing the video. Like the kid who bit his brother’s finger, Brad’s video will follow him to his grave. ;–)
