    Aren’t you forgetting Andy’s Adam’s baby too? ;-)

I’m warning you, I’m skipping any chapters that detail the birthing process (including the actions that precipitate the event)!

    Chapter 1

Yeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhh, right. I’m sure we’ll be reading about Benny’s first grandchild getting married!
  4. Since the @Dahawk solution is just a fantasy, I think the solution is to give Anna what she really wants: money! Give her enough money and she’ll sign away all rights to Adam’s baby. She doesn’t want it and she’s only carrying it. I’m actually surprised she didn’t have an abortion and hide all the evidence from Adam in the first place! That seems more in character for Anna!

    Chapter 1

I see what you did there, @Bndmetl! You got around your killing prohibition by having 4 grandparents and 2 parents die before you even started your story! Kind of sneaky! ;-) @Dahawk, she’s already had at least 6 deaths in before the story even began! I think she’s beating you! She doesn’t even need a puppy stampede! ;-)

I can see the possibilities for sequels and side stories of these characters. ;-) Since older children are more difficult to place, maybe Charlie and Jacob can adopt a child who is around the age that Ian Eli will be at that time. Then Ian Eli can have a playmate. Of course, that would likely be years in the future since adoption usually takes lots of time and effort to happen. ;-)

They’re family names! (ie We were hoping great-aunt Penelope would leave us the bulk of her estate. Just like Rudolph’s were hoping to inherit Grandpa Rudy’s mansion! Kind of like all those inbred Walders and Waldas running around The Twins in Game of Thrones.) ;-)

    The Divison

Teddy finally, publicly, stands up for Ryder! It’s about time! His so-called friends were actively trying to sabotage their relationship.

(That’s sending , not that I love that you’re sick.) Too much excitement this week, huh? Stay in bed and get well. Get plenty of rest. Don’t start running around until you’re completely healthy! If you start posting strange Comments on other peoples’ stories, we’ll just chalk it up to you hallucinating or something! ;-)
  15. So legally, Rudolph doesn’t have the right to do any of the things he’s done to either of his sons! They should report him to campus authorities and the police. He and the goon were breaking and entering! They need to be documenting his behavior so they can get a restraint order against him!

    Chapter 7

I like Anderson Cooper. I don’t have cable or satellite, so I can’t watch CNN, but I used to watch his talkshow sometimes. But I remember him from World News Now/America This Morning, ABC’s overnight news programs (1999 into 2000). WNN is not quite as serious as ATM, the ½ hour transition show between WNN and Good Morning, America. Disney has all of ABC's news programs shilling the latest Lucasfilm, Pixar, or Disney movie. David Muir was an anchor on WNN/ATM too (mid 2003-mid 2004), before he was promoted to World News Tonight. (Reina Ninan, currently weekend anchor on CBS, was also an anchor on WNN/ATM [late 2014-early 2016].)
  18. Privileged. Same thing. ;-)
  19. How much can Rudolph do when Kyle, at least, is an adult? And how was he able to close the bank account? It seems as though a lawsuit could be filed against the banking institution that let Rudolph close his adult son’s account. Whatever he did and however he did it, it seems to be highly unethical and very illegal. But Rudolph is the embodiment of Privilege. He thinks he deserves what he inherited solely due to his supposed superiority rather than his lucky birth. He probably got a little interest-free Million Dollar ‘loan’ from his daddy too, just like someone else who wrongly thinks he’s better and smarter than anyone else!

@Bndmetl I edited my comment to add more detail after you read it. This design would work very well with metric-sized paper too. Just remember that the length of the paper is going to be the size across of the final design. If you cut Letter sized paper into quarters, standard copy paper would be stiff enough to stand on its own and hold together well over time. It’s also more manageable in size. Alternatively, you can cut Origami paper in half if you want brighter colors. To hang on a tree, you can either put a knot in thread or fine fishing line and assemble the modules around the thread, or you can poke a hole in end of one of the modules and pull the thread through. I suppose you could just make a loop of thread and wrap one of the modules around that before assembly too, but the other two methods would look cleaner and neater. I fold the paper neatly, crease it well and use a letter opener or slightly dull pocket knife to cut the paper. If the knife is too sharp, it doesn’t necessarily want to cut where you’ve creased the paper. This method makes it easier for me to be accurate with than using scissors. ;-)

I once taught a bunch of people who were part of an Anger Management group session how to fold a Modular Origami ornament. I was expecting that one or more would get frustrated and get angry and walk out. Instead, one guy decided he’d rather watch us than continue trying to fold the modules. Everyone else patiently folded the units. I kept going around to assist people and encourage them. I had prefolded a bunch of the modules ahead of time so they wouldn’t have to fold all twelve modules needed to make a complete ornament. After they’d folded a couple of the modules each, I showed them how to put them together to make the ornaments. They all seemed to enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, I hadn’t really thought about how well the pieces of paper would hold up. I had used regular copy paper because the organization already had reams of pink, green, and white paper on hand, so it was free to me! Copy paper isn’t stiff enough to work well over time and the modules fell apart. In the meantime, I’ve tried using index cards of various sizes and that works much better, but it’s more difficult to fold. I’ve also purchased index stock (90 lb and 100 lb) for my printer and that works too. The US Letter sized (8.5”x11”) is easier for novices to fold than smaller paper. Larger paper also doesn’t require as close tolerances as smaller sizes of paper. (Just be aware that using Letter sized paper is going to give you an ornament that’s 11” across! And while the instructions mention using multiple colors, I prefer one color – white seems very festive to me, kind of an abstract snowflake.) The Origami pattern I was following uses rectangular paper. I found the instructions online.
