    My favorite intercontinental ballistic missile is a Russian bird code-named SATAN by NATO. It is a MIRV (Multiple-Independent Reentry Vehicles) with up to a dozen warheads that can strike different targets with precision. Before the Soviet Union collapsed, there were plans for warheads to deliver chemical and biological payloads. The nuclear warheads range from 200Kt up to 1.2 Mt. This weapon has been replaced and modernized by the R39 Sarmat or the SATAN II. These missiles are civilization enders.
