Brian and Danny are married. But they are stuck in limbo and can’t get past it. Paddy is a bear. Literally. He's twenty and he's got a job at a summer camp in the semi-wilderness for kids and school groups. There he meets Troy, and instinct kicks in to tell the pair that well done, they have found their soul mates. But the pair of young men know practically nothing about each other, and instead of being able to screw like wild animals in the woods they need to spend the next four months surrounded by humans, children, and job responsibilities.

Growing Josh is the continuing saga of two couples at very different places in their lives, and their relationships. Darrin and Mitch move forward as Darrin works toward tenure at the university and Mitch builds their ranch. The younger duo struggle with their pasts, and their future together, with some help from unlikely sources.

Bay suffers from stereotyping. When he comes out, people think it means he wants to be all flamboyant and pink with glitter, but Bay is the least camp eighteen year old there is. For Bay, coming to terms with being gay, but somehow also being repressed about it, is a journey that takes a summer, some odd new friends, and a very special sort of man.

Nerdy Mike falls for his mechanic, a muscle bear named Mac.

Cole is fascinated by a boy who won't talk to him and has no idea how to be gay in a world in which a man's worth is measured by his skill in working the land and riding quad bikes. Jared thinks he's happy with his secret lover but when a boy who can't communicate with him puts in the effort to try realises that secret sex-friends might not be enough and even good boys get love too.

In the West Midlands small town of Windfield Green, being gay is something of a rarity. For Nick Davis, the idea of coming out feels like a death sentence, and things only become more difficult when he falls in love with his best enemy, the popular and good looking Dave Thompson.
