In Devon’s world, love is free and sex is fun. Unfortunately, not everyone shares his openness, which is really inconvenient when he finds himself deeply attracted to a former fling’s boyfriend. Maybe there is a chance, though. After all, things have a tendency to turn out okay in the end for Devon.
Matt gave a frustrated sigh and ran his fingers through his hair. Of course Alan had reacted this way. He was loyal to a fault and Dave was his best friend. And Matt didn’t want him to be any other way. He just hoped that their relationship mattered more to Alan than this.
Alan and Matt have a fight, and it leads them both to think long and hard about how they actually feel about each other and what their relationship means.

Dave returns to Dorcrest Independent College to complete is A-levels, and is trying to move on with his life, but that's not so easy when he has such a hard time letting go.
Nick and Dave are off to college, but sadly not the same one. While Nick is attending Sapswell with all their friends from secondary school, Dave is commuting every day to Dorcrest Independent College. Staying together when you have to work to see each other every day is hard, especially when a new activity takes over much of Nick's spare time, namely his new rock band.
