My entry for the Sub-Genre Rewrite the Prompt Challenge. Mystery Noir/Hard-Boiled. A hardened and weary detective sees a lady in over her head and the only spark of good left in his soul compels him to intervene.

Two very different men board the #3 Express New York Subway at the 96th Street station. Their encounter on the crowded train will result in a special friendship and an awakening in the younger one that results in significant life changes.

With tensions still high regarding gaining access to deep space, the High Council decides that there is only one way to resolve this issue and bring a closer peace to Earth....

Terry Young has just been appointed as chief projectionist in a run-down old cinema. But from day one he has problems. Resentment from the man who thinks he should have got the job. An undeniable attraction toward his general manager, Dan. And the re-awakening of psychic abilities indicating something is hidden under the building.

This story is set in 2005, modern enough for there to be mobile phones and Internet access, but still within the timeframe when cinemas like the Regal, with a crew of projectionists running film still existed.

The insecure Honey comes across his mate during a sporadic outing with his cousin. What's an Omega to do when his mate doesn't want him? Contrarily, Regan is an Omega trying to take charge of his life. What will he do when his mate's stubbornness matches his own? (Side Story in the same Crossing the Moon Universe!)

Mike Stetson and Robbie Hartford are both fifteen. The two boys were born and raised living beside each other. Mike's Dads and Robbie's Dads met in college, and formed a lasting brotherhood. The two couples bought a hundred acres of land, built their main houses beside each other. All through their lives Mike and Robbie have been there for one another, and now that they're maturing, the teens are falling for one another, but are afraid to change or lose their friendship.
