Andre Delport's Book II of Never walk alone, sub-titled Walk on picks up 5 years after the Devlin-Major clan of five: Andrew, Ryan, Cameron, Elizabeth and Rascal return to South Africa from a trip to Canada (Rocky Mountaineer Train trip) and U.S.A. (DIsney World).

The guys continue their successful hotel/resorts and yacht charter businesses. But just like real life, challenges appear both in their professional and personal lives.

This second book, in what we hope will be a long-running saga,  showcases Andre's ability to draw us in with his writing style that includes travelogues as an integral part of the story.

To all my loyal readers. I am sorry that the next chapter is so delayed (again).   The evenings and weekends are the only time I am getting to write at the moment, but I am so busy the the office that when I get home, all I want to do is chill. When I do sit down to write, I wake up a couple of hours later with crick in my neck. My humblest apologies.

Hi everyone

Bad news!! The tablet that I use to write the drafts of the chapters on has crashed. I have been having issues with it over the past week or so with the power cable not connecting properly and the battery discharging even when showing it is on charge. Then this morning it won't turn on at all. I will be taking it in to see if it can be repaired, failing which I will have to look at purchasing a new one. And then I have to find out if all the data can be saved, particularly the next chapter which was all but ready for publication and the following chapter outlines. Will keep you advised of developments.

Hi Folks. Just a quick update. My apologies for the lack of chapters lately. The technology problem I had a a month or two back has reared its head again, only worse.  To the extent that I am having to consider purchasing a new tablet. However, even though I am part time working, I am still a pensioner and I am weighing up the cost of purchasing a new tablet against the cost of constant repairs to my old one. I ahve more or less reconciled myself to the fact the I will not be able to afford a new Samsung (which I have at the moment and had given me good service) as the are prohibitively expensive here in South Africa, at least to me. So it looks like I will have to downgrade to a cheaper make. My existing tablet is in for evaluation once again and I am awaiting a report from Samsung themselves. The mail problem id that it is not charging properly and once it is charged it discharges in no time at all.
