Tiger's Book of poetry - 12. Poem 12: Turbulent
Wondering why I bother with the effort
Giving up is what I should do
The tangled web in my mind twists me up
Where has my semblance of sanity gone?
Wondering why you are so enigmatic
Giving up on ever finding the answers
The tangled web in your mind is beyond comprehension
Where has your sense of confidence gone?
Wondering why my world is chaotic
Giving up on ever finding true joy
The tangled web of the world ensnares my soul
Where have my aspirations and dreams gone?
Wondering if you even give a damn anymore
Giving up seems to be my only alternative
The tangled web only perpetuates this vicious cycle
Where has the dexterity of conversation departed to?
Wondering if I should even continue existing
Giving up my life seems to be a sufficient price
The tangled web of angst and despair is voracious
Where have I to go to attain a congenial spirit?
