The upcoming vote for GA Readers Choice Awards

I want to make one thing clear to everyone, I was honored to just be nominated, further honored to have made the cut. Thank you to everyone involved. However, all four other stories nominated in the New Author Category, deserves votes. Each of them have been at this a lot longer than I have, and deserve your recognition.

That's not to say I don't think Trials and Tribulations is any good, with the help I've received, I do think it is a good story. KC, Sean, Old Bob and Naptowngirl have been writing much longer than I have and have good stories as well. I have no problem at all coming in fifth to these authors. If I am truly good at story telling, my time will come.

When I started Trials and Tribulations, all I wanted was to enjoy writing it and have my readers to enjoy it as well. I know I have enjoyed it, and if my readers have enjoyed it as well, then I am truly happy.

Peace and love to all of you!

Billy, you have showed amazing talent and the reader can see that you have a lot to offer as a writer. GA is lucky to have so many new writers with so much to showcase with new and exciting stories. No matter who wins, it is incredible to just be reconized by your peers and your readers.

Good luck!

I don't think age and experience count when voting in these awards. We're not voting for the writer we're voting for the story.

Congrats on making the cut!

I found voting extremely difficult as I liked all the nominees in all the categories and could only vote for one.

All the nominees are talented and gifted storytellers with much to recommend them. If anyone is looking for some good reads, look no further than the nominee list!

Thanks Daddy.

I agree its really really hard to choose between the nominees. I like all of them and recommend each of them, even the offsite ones. Two of them are a couple of my all time favorites - The Fall by Mike Arram and Sentennial Mountain by Sequoyah
