My New Year's resolution is to not be a couch potato this winter. My mother gave me a six month membership (at my request) to Curves (sort of because I have them :D and want to keep them in shape) so I have no excuse to veg. I thought about quitting smoking (again) but, screw it, I like to smoke.

And I always get stuck with the designated driver thing. My husband says "Sharon doesn't drink". Yes she does, she just never gets the chance. Although, we were out to dinner tonight with a friend and I did have a Cosmopolitan. They really should just rename that 'Lots of Vodka'. :lmao:

Sharon (still endingless)

Hey at least you've settled on a band to listen to. For the past week I have been listening to songs by Eminem, Institute, Korn, and Hollywood Undead. Different genres all around but hey, they all get my subwoofer going :2thumbs:

And I've heard enough spinoffs of the age old joke of "see you next year" today. I even heard it while listening to Octane today in my car (Sirius sat. radio). *sigh* At least 2005 will be over with already. I've never made a resolution before but if I had to make one then it would be to not go all willy nilly spending money when I get a job in the summer, because I want to save it up to buy a second car (either an Intrepid R/T, 300M, LHS/Concorde Limited, or a V6 Camaro... I want a V8 but the insurance companies in NJ already don't use enough lube  , especially for teenages who have totalled a car already :funny: )

Crap,

I resolve to eat more, drink more, get laid and get into at least one fight with a redneck.

You know what? I always make jokes like that because I always fall for jokes like that, and it

Well I still don't have a New Year's resalution but I am not worried or as least not yet  . I did try to give up drinking over the summer, but Dom has a point have you ever been at a party sober while everyone is drunk  . I did get a kick out of everyone especially when they were telling me "I am cool" or "I'm fine really" and two seconds later there on the ground. So thats out, I still have until 11:59 pm to come up with one, so wish me luck. Well Happy New Year to everyone out there and I am sure I will come up with something :D

much love

My friend really wants to take me to this goth club, and he gave me a bunch of music a while ago so that I could actually know some songs when we go, only I've probably only listened to a few of the songs. I like them, but I just haven't listened to the others, and I don't want to be the only one not knowing songs, so I decided to make a nice New Years' Resolution that I will listen to all of the songs my friend gave me and actually learn more of them. That should be doable. :P

Cheers,

I love resolutions, In fact I wait all year for New Year's and Lent so that I can make them. But lent's more fun because then they aren't permanent.

I love that song btw. A friend of mine bought the cd and started talking about that song. So I downloaded it and really liked it, and I also liked photograph, but I didn't really care for the rest on the cd.

Anyway have an awesome year and take care

I listened to the new Nickleback CD. I don't care for it that much. The song Photograph is good. My musical taste vary so much. My all time favorite is Shania. She was like my "hero" growing up. I like Eminem, Pink, Simple Plan, John Mayer, Jamie Cullum, Howie Day, Relient K among so many others. I think the only music I dislike is gospel.

As for New Years resolution ... I never stick to them. But mine is to have more fun and put me first. I'm usually a lot of work and school and minimum fun, so thats my resolution for 2006. :2thumbs:

Jamie Cullum is an artist from the UK ... a newbie in the jazz world. great vocals.
