Writing Prompts #610 & #611

I hope everyone is having a great week! It's time for this weeks prompts, supplied by our prompt guru, Comicfan. Just a reminder, and for those who haven't worked with the prompts before: prompt responses under 1,000 words must be posted as part of a collection.

Prompt 610 – Creative

Tag – Broken Confidences

For years, you’ve been the one to keep everyone’s secrets and confidences. Now, the one man you’ve always desired comes to you admitting he has been cheated on by your best friend. You know about it, but are trying not take sides. As this hunk cries on your shoulder, do you follow your own desires or keep your secrets?

Prompt 611 – Creative

Tag – First Line

“Do you think we can do it again?’

Did you write a prompt response last week? Don't forget to share it below.

611 will be added to my list of possible prompts for Soul Music. Currently working on a response to Prompt 52, yes, 52. From 2011, no less. This will be appearing shortly as a standalone prompt. :)

I agree with @northie Prompt 611 is very inspiring. :P It's been added to my list for later use in my Prompt story.

I really wanted to tackle the challenge prompt from last week, but time got away from me.  Hopefully I can find time this week.  I wish I had more time to write Prompts, but right now my two anthology ideas are taking precedence.

But with @Renee Stevens's new awesome system, there's no hard deadline. You don't have to get it done before next Friday, in order to give Renee a chance to feature the prompt, since it's now up to authors to mention their stories.
