It was so much more difficult than I thought it would be!  I was literally seconds from throwing in the towel two days ago!  🫠

I hear that. Although the hardest part for me was determining exactly what to write about. Like most of my ideas, this one seemed to come out of nowhere. I almost believe Red is still inhabiting my brain. (See On My Deathbed/After the Light Fails if you're curious.)

I just would not know what to write about. Stuff I have written so far was based on role-playing games i.e. I had something tangible thing to tell.

There are hundreds of prompts. Granted this one was random, but if you look, I bet you'd find something to write about.

Some of the best stories are based on role-playing games! As someone with a relatively unexciting life (I get up, I commute to work, I commute back, I eat, I sleep), there is still plenty I can draw from. Every day is a mixed bag of good moments, bad moments, and personal memories. I think it all starts with just picturing yourself in the shoes of the person the prompt is asking you to write about and how you would react in that situation, knowing that even that moment of the character's life is a mixed bag of good moments, bad moments, and their own personal memories.

I don't believe this.  Aaaand some of these prompts are mine and therefore some are roleplay~ish just saying.

I'm not too fond of pranks and I'm not a big fan of schadenfreude so this prompt so wasn't mine. Again.  I feel I already had to write something about/ with pranks somewhere. We grow through challenges.... or despair lol.

Back after reading them all. Not a weak one in the bunch, in my opinion. We got a little bit of everything: grief, war, escapism, romance, friendship, adventure, retirement, orientation, therapy, pranks, and even some crime mystery! 

I'll start reading now
