-- I've had a very similar experience. And I have run away, and I've come back. If you feel like talking about it let me know. I love feeling escapism-- even just going to an airport is thrilling. I realized though, that it's very hard to call a new place home. It's amazing for awhile to go somewhere no one knows you. That's actually when I came out. Then I came back uncloseted and open. But it was hard not having the bonds I have at home-- there's nothing like childhood friends, you know? Peace.
