There's one rule... it's a Secret! You, and your beta/editing team, may know what you wrote but no one else! Well, aside from Cia. That's who you send your story submission to when you're done via PM or email at cia (at) gayauthors.org (DO NOT POST IT). You must include the metadata information requested below. Since this story must be a secret, it cannot be a continuation of a previous series or set in an existing world. Stories will be posted to a Secret Author account for the duration of the contest. After our members enjoy reading and voting on your stories, they will be reattributed to the correct author account. Until then, above all, it's a secret... so shh!
General Rules
- One story per author
- Don't share your story idea, work in progress, or completed work with anyone but your team
- Your story must be "new content" to remain anonymous (not set in previous series or world)
- Allowed story length: 3,000 to 30,000 words
- Chapters: 1 Story Chapter posted to GA (you can use ** or a double line break to indicate scene and timeline jumps).
- Send Format: Word or Google Doc (PM Cia if you share via Google Docs, please!)
- Submission Deadline: July 1st, 2023
