This is from Hearts and Lyrics, a Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore film. It's a parody of Wham!, from the 80's.

 

 

LOL. They NAILED what the style and feel of an 80's pop video was. The 80's were such a fun decade, in terms of music and fashion. Nothing was too over-the-top back then, it seems. The parody honestly sounded like something that could have been a hit in 1984.
