ISO: Beta Reader Novella length work

That's right I'm looking for a beta reader, to help me edit and perfect a story that is likely to be at least novella length.  This story may develop into a series if it proves compelling to others. Since this is the first time I'd be having a beta/editor for publishing my works of fiction I really don't know what to expect.  But I do know what I require.

 

I will need someone who can pick up on glaring plot holes, terrible grammatical errors (but will be tolerant of the use of non-standard English as it is written in first person and the narrator thinks in Southern American dialect), and clarity.

 

This story will contain gay sex, coarse language, violence, and homophobia.  The main characters are high school aged.
