Shall I come read you a story? Sing you a lullaby? No, seriously, this concerns me, A. Whatever's causing your insomnia... needs to be worked out.

We posted at the same time, Mac. But 38 hours since I slept last.

Even taking the double dose of my Trazadone---which is how it's prescribed, 1 per night or 2 as needed---didn't do crap.

Autocorrect is a good thing.

I realized last night I haven’t had an insomniac night for a while. Wish I could send some of whatever it is, your way, A.

I appreciate it, Mac.

When they checked last year when it was getting worse, they found nothing wrong physically and suggested it was related to my depression/bipolar. The Therapist has me on Trazadone, 1 75mg pill a night or 2 as needed, and it's been working on just one, and occasionally 2. This past couple of weeks, I've had to take 2 almost every night.  Monday and Tuesday, even after taking 2, I was wide awake about 4 hours later.

I know this has happened before. What was the solution, then?

OK, so what's the next step?

If I'm not snoring by 8:00 pm, my Medical Doc, said to take 1 pill, and if still awake an hour later, take 2 for a total of 3.

I will listen for your snoring in an hour and a half.

Hopefully, you won't see my name on the "who's online" list the rest of the night. I'll catch everyone tomorrow.
