I'm hanging. I sent the paperwork ending my actual lease today and a text confirming to my future landlord, took my great aunt to her pt session and spent some time with her afterward, talked to my upstairs neighbor this evening - the gay one - telling him i'm leaving in a month since we're sharing the internet bill. He's sad cause we get along fine and the other girl is also leaving so he'll be alone until the landlord find new people. He might be interested in taking over my apartment. Then I spent the evening watching Lucifer and doing my nails. 

On the downside I texted dad asking how's mom seeing as she's alone all day at home this week (I'm back at the apartment passing my exams). He said she's very confused about the times of day, hours, days... every times she wakes, talking nonsenses... Mom told dad the clinic called her but then she told me on the phone that the nurse in charge of her file at the hospital called her and would be coming to visit her at home so I called said nurse and turned out mom is to come to the hospital thursday afternoon and they'll be keeping her a few days (she's not going to like it) to adjust her treatment (the blood tests seem to indicate it's working but it might be too strongly dose and is messing with her thyroid) plus checking the fact she's not been eating much or at all the last few days. I'm worried, thinking I should just go home to be with her seeing as I'll most probably fail this first session of exams anyway but also guiltily liking to be alone and pretending all is fine in the world 😀 *psycho smile*

When I see all the fancy thing you all cook I'm amazed! I'm so picky and living alone I'm kind of lazy and usually simply have pasta/rice/couscous with steak/minced beef/eggs/ham/turkey or chicken

We're doing well. Mickey LOVES the tree fort! He and Remy use it a lot when they visit, which is almost every weekend.

I was a bit septic about this show but my brother kept talking about it so Igave it a try last week and now I've almost finished season 3!  I love the little girl with her chocolate cake obsession! Hey, think Val and her cheesecake obsession was an inspiration for the character?

I'm the same way with my cooking. I like simple, easy dishes that you can put together quickly. But every so often, you need to make something fancy to make it all worthwhile.

My favorite moments are the scenes with the "Devil Face"! So wonderfully scary!     And I'm not commenting on Val's possible obsessions.

It's tough, clo, but you have to look after yourself too. Maybe let your dad handle the day to day for a while, and at least try to pass your exams... if he needs you, he can ask. Sorry you're having to go through this, but hopefully it will all work out. And don't feel guilty about anything... you are an awesome daughter.
