I've been fortunate enough to have received reviews lately and in each case tapping on the notification brings up an error message. See capture. The reviews are there. no problem, it's just the notification link.

Yup. Confirmed. I've made a bug report.  You can use "Activity" -> "Latest Story Reviews" from the Red Menu as a work around for now.
