Here is a question I was wondering. I know there are many people just waiting for Quinn and Jude to hit the sheets, however, with that said. How necessarily is it for the story other then to satisfy readers?

 

I mean that this is a story about coming to terms and accepting who you are. Does that mean Quinn must jump in the sack with Jude to finally come completely to terms with his sexuality?

 

Personally I do not think so. What do you think?

I don't think it's necessary that Quinn and Jude have sex. But on the other hand: who wouldn't want to jump in the sack with Jude?

YES. THEY HAVE TO HAVE SEX. im mean the kissing was hot and they didnt even do anything but kiss.... and jude seems... well... i dont know how to word it but... yea.... and them having sex probably will mean that the story is comming close to the end T_T so noo if that is what it means then no they must not have sex.

But a Domluka story that's going to probably go at least twenty EXCRUTIATING chapters? Please be aware that some of us have been surviving this torture, this frustration, this ETERNAL seeming state of foreplay that Dom has put us in since February 3, 2005 (ALMOST 7 MONTHS!) and you dare to suggest that Jude and Quinn won't get it on?

 

Well, I've been a Dom fan since the beginning and I like to think that I've been one of his more supportive fans. If I come to 'The End' and either Jude or Quinn didn't get it in their end , I'm not sure how I'm going to react.

 

But I'm not even going to fathom that. Jude and Quinn will get it on before it's all said and done. And you my friend should be punished for even daring to suggest such a thought

I was being a little 'fanatical' with my Domaholism, so I hope you didn't think I was sending too much hostility your way. I only intended a little bit of hostility. Let's call it 'hostility with lots of respect and affection'.

 

As far as me being a supportive fan, my point was that I might not stay so supportive of Mr. Luka if I come to the end of TOU and we have not been given a play-by-play of Jude and Quinn's 'throwdown'. We'll never come to that point, so I will never ever have to be disloyal to my favorite author, Domluka.

 

So let's throw all those negative thoughts out the window!

As for having a problem with sex-scene... I don't I was mearly asking what others thought on if it was really needed to complete the power of this story.

 

Maybe if we put all 'horomons' aside and looked at it from that point of view. Maybe Vic is correct, Mr. Luka as been teasing his readers and tormenting them to the point where he 'must' give at least one romp between June and Quinn to make it a wholesome story.

 

I was just pondering the thought that I figured I would ask. Right now, I'm sort of am regreting asking. Oh well can't take it back.

I think the reason you're getting a few excitable replies is because your question touches so many issues at once. As it happens I think TOU would be incomplete, as story, without Quinn and Jude dancing the two-backed beast. TOU is about trusting other people, about unmasking yourself and trusting that people close to you will like and respect you as you really are. There's no real way to complete it without a sex scene. Besides...

haha yes Bardear you definately opened a can of worms. personally i'd like to see Quinn and Jude raise the temperature in the El Camino... or in the backseat of Brad's car (oooo wouldn't that be a terrible twist? :2hands: ). But at the rate that Quinn has been accepting himself I don't see that happening very soon, maybe after chapter 4,567, we can keep a look out .... sorry hehehe.

 

That said, I don't think the story could be concluded until after we have penetration and have reached mach five. Heck that might be the very end of teh story, when they start an official relationship and have everything that comes with that. Or perhaps Jude will get sick of Quinn as a closet case and dissappear, throwing Quinn back into the closet, and thereby forcing the story to continue for 60+ chapters, as more twists occur and starts looking something like The William Carter on Nifty........ yea I should stop talking now before Bardeara and I share a seat on the same boat

nah there is definately going to be more chapters, Quinn has soo much yet to accomplish that it cannot possibly encompass two chapters, plus we still need that said sex scene with jude, and i honestly think that might take a while. i wouldn't be surprised if we had 12 additional chapters before the end in is sight, judging by TLW
