I think the only movies that really "creep" me out when I watch them are the Chucky movies. Not so much because of the movies, but when I was a kid, my parents got me one of those talking Cabbage Patch dolls. It was right after the movie came out and we would be sitting down somewhere and all of the sudden we'd hear "Will you be my friend?" and it was the doll. It got so bad my mom took the batteries out of it and we thought that was the end of it. Nope, batteries out and we're sitting there one night and hear "Can I have a hug".. Needless to say, that doll was gone from the house really fast. One movie that doesn't creep me out but makes me jump every time is Deep Blue Sea. When the shark comes up through the pool, I know it's coming, I anticipate it coming, and then all of the sudden it's there and I jump at least a foot. My husband thinks its hilarious.

This was a very touching Christmas story. Makes one think of the miracles that can happen during the holidays.

Decided to try and incorporate all three into one scene, but each has 3 paragraphs devoted to it *** Jordan glared at the little window in the middle of the door. God damn them, he was getting hungry and they still hadn't brought him his stupid dinner. Not that it would be any better than it had the last six months, but it was better than nothing he supposed. Walking over he pounded his fists against the solid door as he tried to get somebody's attention. He watched as people passed by

*grins* Well, lately I haven't been doing a lot of reading, but since you had told me I had been part of the inspiration for this story, of course I just had to go read it. I really enjoyed this story and I think my favorite part is the end, with the kid's father getting what he deserves.... I do have to say, I can't remember which of my characters we were talking about, but when we talk about Lugh making them behave, it's usually just because I'm working on one of "their" chapters and it's not going well. LOL... Anyways, after reading this, I'm looking forward to reading more of your stories as soon as I am in more of a "reading" mode...

You just telling me why my story was 'boring beyond belief' isn't very constructive criticism. I understand not everyone will find what I write interesting or enjoy it but your way of responding was a bit denigrating and rude. A simple, I thought your plot could have used some work to have a better hook or a twist that would have made it more interesting' would be polite. Your comments... were not.

This one made me chuckle a bit as I read it. I can just see everyone trying to ignore pink leggings on a guy. Though I really like how Tyler was kicked from the team for his derogatory actions.

I never read that book, so it's hard to really understand the feelings, but I like how you wrote this. Even without having read the story I can picture the scene that you are describing.
