Great story and character development. Good finding out more about Luc and Sven. We await further encounters between Nos and Cal. But Im intrigued by Emon and his somewhat feeble attempt to rein back Orion's assault on Nos. Or am I reading something into something that isn't there?

Love that it was Ronan who helped Lucas change. Then the image of a ball of fluff humping the other runt was hilarious. These two together are going to dominate in fifty years time but I'm sure you are going to get a lot of mileage out of them whilst they are both pups.

Late to this story but loving it and all the comments. Does anyone know anywhere in the UK other than Leamington where I can buy this "glitter"?

Late to this site but thank you Topher Lydon for referring me from your latest saga to the Charlie series. Cannot wait to start on the next story. Amazing inventive mind creating amazing fantasy.

His longing is to to have that future with Theo, who with the intervention of Lady Moon is now following the path that his heart has now recognised, towards the one without whom there can be no future.

Yet again my mind has reached its overload point with all the images you conjure up. I don't know where laughter ends and joyous crying begins. Were I 70 years younger I might be doing cartwheels in the garden! I can't pick out one highlight from so many in this episode so I'll just go along with the sheriff. So, two more gay couples to enter their spiritual and possibly physical home. Bass and Kidd (Jake was a bit slow on the uptake there!). And now Matt brings with him a local boy, Reed, the guy who has already shown his concern and willingness to help Jake and Mannly. Await the explosive reaction when his Mommie Dearest and sister Shayne find out! And I'm sure they will stir up the rest of the bigots in the area. And though I do not hold with guns I understand the need for protection. Bigotry has always engendered violence, and it has usually been aimed at those unable or unwilling to fight back.

A lovely chapter. I have just read a short story by sf/fantasy writer Michael Moorcock called The Time Traveller published 60 years ago. And a quote from it " Yet still he yearned to go there and see if he could find some trace of what he needed - though he would only know what he needed when he found it."

Oh my god! Out in the garden today. A neighbourhood cat ( why can't they do their business in their own yards?) chased a squirrel up a tree! I don't know whether I'm in heaven or hell! Vampire, werewolf, squirrel or cat ? I think after reading this episode I am exhausted and need to lie down in a darkened room with a damp cloth on my forehead and contemplate immortality or should that be immorality? From where do you get your inspiration? Don't let it ever fail.

Whilst not as old as Andy or Bartholomew (just loving his appearance in this saga) I watched the first episode of Dr Who back in 1963 ( I was not a child nor even a teenager) and have been watching ever since. From the professorial dad William Hartnell to Ncuti Gatwa( be still my heart) for whom I had great expectations of further associatons with ( again be still my beating heart) Jonathan Groff's the Rogue. And despite all the furor surrounding him, the introduction of John Barrowman (bsmbh) as the gay Jack Harkness into Dr Who and spinoff Torchwood was inspirational). AN EVEN MORE FANTASTIC CHAPTER TODAY! So much to laugh aloud about. So much one could comment on given 6 months. BUT conpiratorial squirrels!! The next time a squirrel (grey sadly rather than the beautiful red), appears in my garden I shall with due deference stand and make obeisance. Just in case!

We have all suffered from our first pair of walking boots! The blister and plaster seems to explain Oliver's life. Cover pain with a plaster. It makes it bearable but it doesnt take the pain away. Oliver's pilgrimage is not just to get to a destination but to give himself the chance to change. Its not necessarily the destination that's important but the journey itself.

"....duty and desire fitting neatly into a single life..." Two young men whose attraction to each other is obvious for they share similar tastes and feelings. It is good for Marcus that there is empathy between the two for he will have to rely on the more experienced Ingomar when they face wilder trials in Germania.

A beautiful episode. Three men delighting in each other. Henry " was not going anywhere ". Nor am I!

This is my book before bedtime! I have been told I laugh in my sleep. From pantomimes onward at the age of 5. If I manage to stop laughing now at 11.30 pm I am sure to be chuckling when I am asleep. That aside all I can do is echo Ruth's "Oh, my God" . And find a church to go to on Sunday to pray for the continuance of this story for ever and ever. Amen.

Again the ranch closes round to protect Mannly. Recovery from PTSD is difficult and Mannly is getting there but slowly. The stink of the "Skunk" has brought back the horror of that night. Hopefully Mannly's nightmares will not recur; but Jake will be there to hold him if they do. Homophobia has never gone away. Sadly it seems to be on the rise.

Beautiful. Great banter between the brothers, although Cameron isn't aware of who Ryan has been sexting - that could be cause for FUN when he finds out. And the sex between Ryan and Marcus was satisfying for them . Between them the brothers will ensure Marcus comes to terms with the pain he still experiences from Sean's death.

Just a delightful short and tall story. Loved it.
