A bit hard to type with Baby Q in one arm, but here goes. So you weren't kidding about Charlie and luck, but so far the 'bad' luck seems to be toward everyone else - Tina got her shirt ruined, Scott got hit by a car, I mean, it can be hazardous to your health being his friend

Although it sets the table for what is to come - or so I assume - there was a bit too much narrative here - then again what do I know, I don't know what's coming next So the board is set and the players announced, - almost - let the show begin?

Not sure what to think about Charlie, I know the type, but so far - other than Tina - his situation has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with how he is. Sweet but shy is a taste - you either like it or don't, Tina obviously is an Alpha type who thought she wanted the shy submissive type but found she needed a bit more. Now what does Charlie do with it? I think he rushes into the arms of Ted, they have mad wild sex and live happily ever after.

Wayne, Couple over all thoughts - sorry these won't be all 'this was great'. First and perhaps most important this was an entertaining read, light, imaginative, different, which is what folks read for - to be entertained. Now I know this isn't your most perfected story, but what I kept looking for but never really found was character development. I never got a good feel for Nock or Lone. You gave us a sense of both, but nothing griping. Sure this was a short story, but little things would have helped - quirks, likes, dislikes, that sort of stuff that is easy to insert. Same for Lone. I get the focus was on the story, I do and you did that well. There wasn't much in the way of useless information that bogged down the story, and the flow and pacing were good, so this isn't a - 'this sucked' kinda review. Just something I noticed when reading. Hmm, I don't know that I'd say that was a retelling of red riding hood, never heard tell that her 'ass hurt' afterwards, but it was entertaining. Now you can get to work on the 'tail' of Al and Red.

Than . . .er . . . God? Xeran is dead - finally So Karadur is the Queens AND Xeran's father? That was unexpected. But then what about the Incubus? I don't think they are going to let Kynan just walk away now that they know he is their prince. There must have been something in that Pact the queen made then broke or else you wouldn't have mentioned it . . . so when do we get the last chapter????

Your Beta has good taste that was an amazingly well written chapter, compelling, imaginative and at the end satisfying.

This might be a bit long, so bear - or should I say wolf - with me. Very imaginative. Not just the Chasers which were your own, but how you wove the vampire and werewolves into their own mythos. Two snaps and back for that. Too much sex for me but at least it was fun to read. So no much of a complaint there. There was so much to work with here, that I felt at time you just rushed over to get to the good parts. I suppose that is me saying this should have been longer - you know an Andy sized story But seriously, there was so much more to explore here and not just the sex. The thriple were all pretty well defined characters, but things like how quickly Kieper and Garrett 'fell in love with Slade', there was no real discussion between the three about them being a thriple, which would be rather interesting to read, how the werewolves made it to the Chasers land, the way they suddenly were welcome and allies, the way the vampires joined 'Shade's Army' even the battle at the end, all seemed to be just rushed. Which in the end is probably a good sign in that your readers (or at least this reader) wanted more. Other than that, I have to say I didn't see a lot of what happened when this started so that was good, never want to be obvious. Definitely worth reading so as a mark.

Nice way to end things, like I said earlier, you were going end it with a thriple I'll leave a longer story review in a moment but as other said this was worth the wait. Nice story.

You're a terrible man KC, simply terrible, you hint and allude but you never come out and let us know what's happening. Okay fine, but if you don't wrap things up in chapter 10, I'm going on strike and not reading any more.

So you bring us to the brink of death and stop, just like that. That was indeed a mighty cliff you left us on. So what will happen next? Will the dynamic duo of Kieper and Garrett arrive in time to save shade or will he go the way of all shadows and fade into the light? Happily for me I waited til it was done before reading, now I can go to the next chapter and find out.

Shade certainly fell fast didn't he? You'd think he'd have been a tad smarter. But it is nice to see that Garrett and Kieper didn't abandon him just to save themselves. Now to see how they affect a rescue of their third.

For a moment there I was thinking you were going to suspend all hints of the story and turn this into one giant 'nifty' smut story. Turning each other into a Shadewerepire is imaginative. Now to see how that works out. One question, is there a place where Shades are explained more fully? Clearly they are powerful but what exactly are they? From what I could deduce, they are humans with ability? Something akin to Werevolves? Clearly they are not the undead that are vampires but what exactly are they?

To second Conner, where's the plot? I do hope you don't plan to solve all their problems with three way after three way. So that was fun to read, now let's get on with the story then you can end it with a thriple bang.

I love the little bit where Granger wonders - hmm I'm gonna miss him when Roberts gets back. Time to promote him? Clifton is handling things quite well so why keep him? Then he can keep Granger all to himself and he'll be back to three lovers - well maybe two as Calvert might end up in a bit of trouble require George to denounce him. On a side note, Lord Calvert's house is a couple miles awake from where I live - the Univ. of Maryland was carved out of his family's estate. Any chance Francis Calvert is related to those Calverts? I think one of the Calverts was a governor for the crown pre 1776.

So Germ and Matt were a couple, and now they're not. Why do I think that the boy who's name he screamed was Lucca - not that he and Lucca had ever done anything, but Matt is secretly in love with Lucca and Germ is getting close to Lucca to find out what's up. Uff - so I'm totally wrong about this all but it does sound fun anyway

Geez you really are weaving every one of these threads around each other aren't you? Once you get them all together this ought to be fun to watch. My only complain is you post too slow. I keep waiting for a bunch of chapters to build up so I can read but there aren't many coming - what can I do to fix that

Wow, poor Bryce, but I suspect that once Karadur and Kynan find the Queen, things might improve a bit. Then again, this is you, Dark, so one never knows. Nice chapter, though I am a tad pissed at how you treated Bryce.

Can I say - Finally!!! ? I mean these two have been dancing about each other for a while - and to think they owed it all to the Dark Prince - I wonder if he'll get an invite to the wedding.

Finally getting back to reading again, so I need to find out what happened. The Dark Prince really knew what he was doing, even if he didn't know what he was doing. Seems like if Kynan and Alan have sex - real sex, Alan could/would die and thus so does Kynan. Hmm one wonders what will happen when Karadur gets a hold of the prince

So humans are dwindling away into nothingness? Does that have something to do with those who survive being unwilling to send forth their children? or that not enough of them are following the rules - like the village near the mountains? And in your world can Weres and Vamps reproduce any other way than by claiming humans?
