    Nice way to end things, like I said earlier, you were going end it with a thriple I'll leave a longer story review in a moment but as other said this was worth the wait. Nice story.

    You're a terrible man KC, simply terrible, you hint and allude but you never come out and let us know what's happening. Okay fine, but if you don't wrap things up in chapter 10, I'm going on strike and not reading any more.

    So you bring us to the brink of death and stop, just like that. That was indeed a mighty cliff you left us on. So what will happen next? Will the dynamic duo of Kieper and Garrett arrive in time to save shade or will he go the way of all shadows and fade into the light? Happily for me I waited til it was done before reading, now I can go to the next chapter and find out.

    Shade certainly fell fast didn't he? You'd think he'd have been a tad smarter. But it is nice to see that Garrett and Kieper didn't abandon him just to save themselves. Now to see how they affect a rescue of their third.

    For a moment there I was thinking you were going to suspend all hints of the story and turn this into one giant 'nifty' smut story. Turning each other into a Shadewerepire is imaginative. Now to see how that works out. One question, is there a place where Shades are explained more fully? Clearly they are powerful but what exactly are they? From what I could deduce, they are humans with ability? Something akin to Werevolves? Clearly they are not the undead that are vampires but what exactly are they?

    To second Conner, where's the plot? I do hope you don't plan to solve all their problems with three way after three way. So that was fun to read, now let's get on with the story then you can end it with a thriple bang.

    I love the little bit where Granger wonders - hmm I'm gonna miss him when Roberts gets back. Time to promote him? Clifton is handling things quite well so why keep him? Then he can keep Granger all to himself and he'll be back to three lovers - well maybe two as Calvert might end up in a bit of trouble require George to denounce him. On a side note, Lord Calvert's house is a couple miles awake from where I live - the Univ. of Maryland was carved out of his family's estate. Any chance Francis Calvert is related to those Calverts? I think one of the Calverts was a governor for the crown pre 1776.

    So Germ and Matt were a couple, and now they're not. Why do I think that the boy who's name he screamed was Lucca - not that he and Lucca had ever done anything, but Matt is secretly in love with Lucca and Germ is getting close to Lucca to find out what's up. Uff - so I'm totally wrong about this all but it does sound fun anyway

    Geez you really are weaving every one of these threads around each other aren't you? Once you get them all together this ought to be fun to watch. My only complain is you post too slow. I keep waiting for a bunch of chapters to build up so I can read but there aren't many coming - what can I do to fix that

    Wow, poor Bryce, but I suspect that once Karadur and Kynan find the Queen, things might improve a bit. Then again, this is you, Dark, so one never knows. Nice chapter, though I am a tad pissed at how you treated Bryce.

    Can I say - Finally!!! ? I mean these two have been dancing about each other for a while - and to think they owed it all to the Dark Prince - I wonder if he'll get an invite to the wedding.

    Finally getting back to reading again, so I need to find out what happened. The Dark Prince really knew what he was doing, even if he didn't know what he was doing. Seems like if Kynan and Alan have sex - real sex, Alan could/would die and thus so does Kynan. Hmm one wonders what will happen when Karadur gets a hold of the prince

    Sadly no it does not mean it's done, I've fleshed it out, but it needs work. While I can concentrate enough to read, writing is hard to come by at the moment. It's going to be a week or so late in posting - sorry, but I am working on it and other things as best I can. I haven't forgotten or abandoned anything, just not feeling moved to write at the moment - or at least not moved to write well. So I'm taking it as it comes. But I won't make y'all wait long - I promise that much. Andy

    So humans are dwindling away into nothingness? Does that have something to do with those who survive being unwilling to send forth their children? or that not enough of them are following the rules - like the village near the mountains? And in your world can Weres and Vamps reproduce any other way than by claiming humans?

    I read some of the other reviews and frankly it's not as if Nock meant to say anything but when you get distracted - i.e. you get hurt - you sometimes forget things. Now if I understand things correctly, if a person leaves the path or talks to someone, he is fair game, but is he fair game to anyone or just the person he talked to? It appeared to me Lone marked Nock at the end. Should be an interesting time when Nock get's to grandma's house. She better not let him in that's for sure.

    I'd say you captured the essence of what happens to everyone who ever loved someone. Love might be simple, but it's never easy. Nice first entry, Poet man.

    Very interesting. It's almost as if they races all knew that Nock figured out more than he should have and because of that they marked him for more than most others. So now we get to see just what Nock does on the path to his grandmother and brother. One question - why did they say go see Wabe when Wabe lived with Grandma Erin? Shouldn't he be sent to see his grandmother since it was her house he'd be going to? BUT since you specifically had Nock ask if Wabe had his own place, and we learned he did not, there has to be some significance to that point - so the question is will you tell me or tell me to read on

    Well let me be the odd man out - I write for both. I would very much like to get published, and make a few shekels from it, enough that Mike and I and Baby Q can move somewhere away from the city - he can work at home - and I can write to pay for her college fund. If that never happens, however, I'm happy enough to have found a place where other can read what I write and enjoy it. That way it isn't just '1's' and '0's' on my hard drive. But the primary goal of writing is to get published for me. Andy

    Whew, good thing I got my own forum or else we all might get flagged for being off-topic, but as the Master of Andyland - a.k.a. Q-topolis, I can do pretty much whatever I like Haha, well I'm quite happy - aside from the lack of sleep some nites, and the fact that she's already decided we're doing things her way J/K. As for puberty/teenage years, yeah, I'm so NOT looking forward to that. LOL Haha Mike, don't try to scare me already, that's just not fair.
