Speaking of tourists. When Mum and I were out running errands yesterday we encountered a Cooper Mini with a Michigan license. Made me think of you because it had an image of the Mackinac bridge.

Despite their past as coworkers Eric and Rob live very different lives. More than might be if simply a case of city mouse/country mouse. Rob has moved forward with the times. Eric has not. He also seems the older of the two not only being retired while Rob is actively employed but also in his general manner. It will be interesting to see how this relationship develops.

Of course Bezos is gonna take an interest when CJ contacts Amazon. I would think corporate knows to make him aware if they are contacted by folks on a specific list. I'd be surprised if the Ambassador isn't aware of Northman's opinions. Perhaps not about CJ particularly but those concerning appropriate behavior for junior staff. I think he's unconsciously jealous of CJ. Hmmm, CJ and three young fit marines getting all sweaty while beating on each other ...

I loved that show. As a kid I had Bonanza action figures, Ben, Hoss and Little Joe. Each was posable and about 6-7 inches tall. They each came with their horse. I spent innumerable hours playing with them. When I was away at college mum decided it would be "nice" to give them to a neighbor kid, along with my Tonka trucks. I had a really cool 1950's fire engine that my older cousins had passed down to me. I wasn't even fond of that kid, he was weird, probably because his grandmother was originally Canadian 😉 It seems too, that like every other guy here of an age to watch the show when it was originally broadcast I had a thing for Little Joe.

I remember the time I made the choice to become redundant at one of my early jobs. It was a bit scary but worth it in the end. The thing that annoyed me most is that I wasn't told until they next to last day that I was eligible. My boss's boss told her not to tell me but she ultimately had to because my position was being eliminated and I would have been forced to take a lower level position.

Greetings Albert. It's gray dismal wet and cold here today. This is only the second measurable rain we've had since we got back. SC is in a drought. It was actually warmer when I got out of bed this morning, currently 50/10°. The best part has been the no water chai latte I'm enjoying now.
