Hi. It was a pleasant walk, temp in the mid 60's/18°. It takes me about 45 minutes to walk the 3 miles. Time depends on how many pups I encounter. Today was just 2, Elvis and Tucker. Mum and I will be going out later to Night of a Thousand Candles at Brookgreen Gardens. This is an annual event held each year between Thanksgiving and New Year's. My youngest stepsister and her husband had planned to be here from PA but had to cancel due to her being exposed to covid at work. Her boss had a breakthrough infection. Glad you're feeling better Bro.

But please, please don't behave like my father. He was in the hospital with pneumonia just before we left PA in early Nov. He was actually released the morning we left. He went back in the Sunday before Christmas because it seems the pneumonia never cleared. He was in four days before being released Thursday morning. I've learned that on Friday he was out with friends to see the Christmas lights and has been out to at least one additional Christmas gathering. He hadn't been out of hospital five days and has been out and about to multiple things. I am pissed. Covid transmission there is extremely high. Should he become infected while recovering from the pneumonia he could very likely die since he has copd and heart issues. Stupid, stupid, stupid ...

What old people ... I'm 9, well, at least for another week than I'll be 1. Fortunately even at age 1 I'll remain housebroken, no puddles in the hallway. You're too kind but I know better than to hope for leftovers of mama's tamales.
