Hi Terry. The weather is much better, a bit cool but dry and sunny. I went for my usual early morning walk and encountered 6 pups that all wanted to say hello and get ear scritchies. Mum and I just returned from the grocery shopping plus a stop at the pharmacy. So a good start to the day but the sensation of swelling and throbbing that precedes a migraine has begun so I'm resting for a bit in hopes it eases. While it may not seem so things are better than the last few days. I didn't wake with a headache and had a brief reprieve so I count this as a return to more normal. Thanks for asking. How is Aod, not over doing his return to normal I hope.

This chapter hit some us very hard, you're in good company with your tears. Carlos does in fact make us shed more tears throughout the ongoing saga. Don't let him know I said this 'cause it'll make his head swell but I count those tears a compliment the depth and quality of his writing. I don't what you're referring to since you don't write any of that sappy stuff.

It's not a very nice day here, the last few haven't been. Typical early spring weather, cool and damp/wet. Playing havoc with my head.

Sawasdee Khrup Terry. I am and I am not, it was a somewhat difficult night. Today is a chill wet day and I feel the weather. The achiness in my head is like the tide, it ebbs and flows though in truth I fear it may become more like a tempest as the day progresses. Storms too eventually pass. Thank you for your kindness in asking.

Either would work, though I would go with a shorter time. Part of the reason for the wine is/was so the acids in could tenderize the beef so if you're using a tougher cut of beef the longer marinade time matters. However, a long slow braise does the same thing.

If you liked the flavor otherwise consider reducing the marinade time by half.
