  1. G'day y'all. It's warm here in SC. Currently 86/30° with 71% humidity so it feels more like 96/35°. Too hot to be outdoors. Hope y'all are doin' well.
  2. Too bad you didn't find the photo of him climbing back on to the dock after skinny dippin' ... or ... maybe you did and just aren't sharing.
  3. Mum and I did a mid afternoon takeout from Outback for Father's Day. Mum had an Aussie Cobb Salad, I had a pork porterhouse with a baked potato and Caesar salad. While not what we would have done ordinarily it was tasty.
  4. Never said he hadn't been busy only that I was currently enjoying his being lazy.
  5. I'm quite enjoying his lazy ass in bed ... ooops was that my out loud voice.
  6. I can see you now. Was that really four years ago? I guess so, wow. I remember the discussion about what you would be wearing. Then later me telling what I was wearing for my son's wedding the following November
  7. I don't need to see a photo to know you're a lovely person and how could your daughter be otherwise.
  8. Happy Father's Day bro.
  9. What a lovely Father's Day gift. Thank you! I know just what to do with him.
  10. Here in the States young male chickens are cockerels and young female chickens are pullets. They become roosters and hens once they reach maturity.
  11. B is looking for a source of warmth.
  12. Stewed chicken is a base for a number of tasty dishes.
  13. Hi B. Not too badly. It's been warm and humid here with late day thunderstorms. I took the next series of shots for migraine. Weren't due until this coming Wednesday but I am permitted to take them up to a week early and the migraines have been more troublesome lately.
  14. We had baked scallops over mixed grains and a salad of romaine with blanched asparagus, black olives and piquant peppers. For dessert we had the last of a blueberry/peach pie I made earlier in the week.
  15. Love you dear.
  16. Or it seems anything else ...
  17. I had a similiar rose. It's actually the wild rose root stock used for climbing roses. Before I cut it back it had canes nearly 40 foot long. It only flowered in the spring but would be covered in blooms.
  18. Wow. Incredible shot.

Hmmm, a yellow Lamborghini, seems someone likes yellow motorcars. As I recall "Defiant" is yellow too. I'll be glad to see the back of Nalbo, necessary evil that he may be. I enjoyed reading more about Brett's background and family. The reminiscences about his dad explain somethings about Brett's attitude. Wonder if they'll extend the trip. They certainly seem to be enjoying themselves but time is just speeding by ... I have to admit I'm in agreement with their political assessments. Me, I like Pete. This chapter was satisfying and relaxed which I think is what you intended for this sidetrip. Kudos.

I find this style to be truly lovely. There is an ebb and flow to the words much suited to the topic, the ebb and flow of nature's persistence ... Thank you your words are like dappled sunlight and the melody of water flowing in a shaded brook.
