    G'day y'all. I'll be offline for most of the day. I'm taking a morning train to Phila. Should arrive late this evening, 10:30pm, even later until I reach my hotel. Likely morning before I drop in. Mum is much better this morning. Getting extra sleep helped enormously. Blessed be.

    The neighbors on both sides will check. When she woke this afternoon she was much perkier. Since neither of us had eaten today we went to the local Cracker Barrel for late lunch/ early dinner. Now she's out for an evening walk with the one neighbor.

    Oh yeah. They're great about doing that. After I posted earlier she went back to bed. That's unusual but I just heard her moving around in the kitchen. Best check on her.

    I was expecting Fritz to be a lovable spaniel yours is equally amusing. There is an enormous amount of backstory to Jimmy/James. Much of not pleasant I'd guess.

    G'day y'all. Warm, 70/21° and wet here. Mum's currently napping on the loveseat. I'm a bit worried about her. She chose to skip church this morning. She's been extremely tired the last few days. She says it's because beginning the week before Christmas we've been busy plus our trip North was tiring. She tires much more quickly now than she did a year ago. I think the heart attack this summer was more debilitating than she admits. I leave tomorrow morning on the train to Philadelphia and don't get back to SC until Wednesday evening. I don't like leaving her alone. Thistle loves her but he isn't much help other than cuddling.

    I enjoy watching ice skaters, it's lovely the way they glide and swirl. It's just not for me. Ballet is lovely too. Don't do that either.
