I seem to recall reading the first segment and being enthralled though the ending was heartbreaking. Somehow I never completed reading when the second installment posted. I need to correct that oversight. Thanks Tim for the excellent reminder.

Well ... I am currently without a functioning phone. I learned an interesting bit this morning not all Best Buys service all products. My local store is certified for Apple products. The one across the river in the next county is certified for Samsung products. My phone is a Samsung so the geeks here couldn't tell me what was wrong with the phone as they don't have the appropriate tools. Fortunately when I got this phone in December I also paid for a protection plan. 😃 I get a new replacement phone 😯 it likely will not arrive until sometime Wednesday 😟 To cheer myself up on this damp dreary day ... on the way home I got a haircut, actually quite a few were cut, and my beard cleaned up 😳 no bearded emoji. On the downside it seems today will be the third out of the last four days that I will need to deal with a mjor migraine 😢 The plus ... seems my back may be mostly on the mend 😶

Tomatoes will not set fruit if the night-time temperatures stay above 70/21°. I think because temperatures that warm tend to go along with dry weather and a lack of rain. Less stress on the plant if there are fewer fruit.

G'day y'all. It's raining lightly this morning so no walk. It also seems my phone has died. Was fine yesterday. This morning, nothing. Thought maybe the battery died so I plugged it into the charger, nothing. Guess there's a visit to Best Buy in my morning plans.

Have you never heard of Christmas in July? I think @Bucket1 regularly hopes to find a tanned hunk under his Christmas tree.

I bought it from a local garden center nursery. They provided instructions on caring for the tree until spring and how to plant it. It was only indoors a short time so it would remain dormant. We had it in a large wash tub and it was watered regularly. We kept it outside the frontdoor to our apartment.

You forgot the line of ice cream toppings, hot fudge, caramel, etc.
