um...yeah, did you try to open the links before you posted that site??? All Im getting is a search engine, no scandal reports

I agree that republicans are hideous too, and those descriptions show it for the most part...but what we need is a list of convictions....half of those are just things that happened in their lives, not crimes. But I admit that the listed crimes were pretty gross (raping a 5 year old ) Thanks Joe

I live for the flames...the first one I ever got was by a fellow author, and it was a wakeup call for me to step up my game, so I did. Everything he said was right, too, so I just went back and followed his suggestions The next bad one I got was about My Jump Off, by the owner of RCWP...well, I stomped my feet and she posted it anyway, but I listened to her and tried to apply what she was telling me to my new stories. Other than that, I love getting hard core flames, like the guy that said I should get my fingers chopped off so I couldn't write such garbage I sent him a reply thanking him for reading my story, and that I was looking forward to his feedback from the next chapter :king: I had another guy flame me about six times in a row, then I asked him to marry me and he told me to &^^% off and never emailed me again I wonder if it was something I said

I know....actually, someone posted this list on an AOL message board so I copied it and pasted it.....I just hope people are reading every name on the list....btw, I'm looking for a republican list, but I can't seem to find one. Maybe someone here can steer me in the right direction

ugh...I have to get up in like an hour and a half to get ready for school, so I'll come back this afternoon to debate this....just remember, I never said teh repups were moral, either. In fact, I shouldn't have to point to their messes because they're all over the news. It's just funny to me that people are so shocked when its the repubs, but when its the dems, they act like it happens every day.....maybe because it does????

I love how instead of coming up with facts, the first thing you do is try to use an ad hominem attack against me. Did my list ruffle your feathers, Rob?? Appearently so. So here's what you need to do. Go get yourself a list together with Republican crooks and post it. Surely it can't be that hard to do. I don't remember ever saying in my post that the Republicans are more honest than anyone other party, I merely pointed to the fact that the Democrats are full of crooks. Show me one place in my post where I said the Republicans are more honest or more committed to doing right by anyone. It seems to me that you made a bunch of accusations before you thought. I would say you really ought to think twice about who you're calling naive. Disband the UN!!!

I dont mean to be offensive, Dezlboi, but I really have no patience for the left or the right.....the only good thing about the right is that they can defend us. The left cant. It's just that simple. But I hate the right too. I'm a Christian, but the way other "Christians" act is shameful, and the right wing politicians love it and feed on it. I just wish the Dumocrats and the Repukes would go away. They're both homophobic elitest parties, and they commit treason against this nation everyday. Everytime George Bush says he wants to use the constitution, a document that is there to limit the power of the federal government, to take rights away from people. he commits treason. Everytime the democrats say our troops are committing atrocities in Iraq when all they're doing is fighting in a war, which is their job, they commit treason. No one pays attention to the constitution anymore, and they're ruining our country. -

Dezlboi, You're a better person than I am. I dont see myself as responsible for this guys actions at all. He hid his intentions from everyone. He had a wife and kids and he seemed normal, but he had evil inside of him....I'd pay money to spit on his dead body. As far as angry leftists, I mean people who think it's wrong to administer justice. There are angry leftists, just like there are right wing nut jobs....am I wrong? What would be the reaction of the left if we started an organization like the Mossad?? It would be anger, no doubt. I mean, they dont even want us to listen to calls that suspected terrorists are making overseas. -
I want to appologize for not having a story update yet this week. I've only gotten two chapters finished so far and off to my editor, but the good news is for people who are following it, Staking My Claim chapter 3 is one of those chapters....I hope to have it up in a few days. Bodega Bay Chapter 14 should be up soon, too. In other news, I premiered my latest poem, I last night to mostly positive reviews. I have the poetry itch again, so hopefully I can pound out something people like. I have a hard drive full of poems, but only a few of them are ever released because I think some of them are wack. Also, I should have my Fall Anthology entry finished no later than Saturday. My goal this time is to actually start a story for the anthology that I can finish as a short story, and not turn it into a chapter story....lol. Keep your fingers crossed for me Anyway, thanks for your patience everyone. I know it's been since Sunday, and I hate to make you wait so long for an update, but things have been hectic in my life lately and I havent had the time to sit down and write chapters the way I should. I promise to make it up to you though In the meanwhile, go check out Kevin's new story if you havent already. It's called Indefensible, and it's awesome. Oh yeah, and go check out Birdsofafeather's poems and his short story, Train.....it's hot sh*t

I agree James..i wish we had something like the Mossad, but the angry leftists in this country wont have it....it wouldnt be sensitive enough for them -
Warning...graphic anger and description of death ahead. As more details come out about the school shooting in Pensylvania, my heart breaks more and more. This guy went to a school and lined up innocent little girls and shot them execution style I don't really know what emotion suits my mood right now, so I'm going to sum it up like this.......... I hope the bastard is burning in Hell right now. As a Christian, I know I should set a better example, but I'm human, and I can't help how I feel. This guy was selfish, and he was evil. There's no other word to describe him. He didn't just end the lives of those innocent little girls, he ruined their families lives and the lives of everyone in his family too. How are they supposed to face people who know he's related to them??? What about his own kids?? They'll always have that with them, no matter what happens in their lives. I wont even start on the families of those poor kids he murdered. I think about how scared they must have been as he was shooting them one by one and my blood boils and I start to feel sick to my stomach. Today, a girl in english was saying that we should try to understand that he was a victim in this too, and that he lost his life. I told her straight up that she was a dumbass, and that if he wanted to kill himself, he could have done it without terrorizing and murdering others. Basically, I know I went off on her but I couldn't believe that she would say something like that. This isnt a time for understanding, this is a time to mourn. I dont think there's any amount of explanation that will make me understand why he did this, and even though none of them are kin to me, I still feel like sobbing for each and every one of them. I also feel like spitting on the killers dead body. Sorry for the graphic nature of this post.

I'm sorry I did this to your topic, Kurt

The only things that would happen if we outlaw guns is 1) criminals would have them and law abiding citizens wouldnt 2) The people would be unable to defend themselves against a tyranical government that already violates the constitution on a daily basis. If you look back over history, most totalitarian governements, like the Nazi's in Germany, started out by banning guns. It's a really bad idea.

After 7 (well deserved) complaints about the name mix up in chater 13, I'm pleased to announce that the issuse has been corrected and the new and improved chapter 13 is now up I have an editor, but I always have the final say in the chapters, and I proof read everything, so I take full blame for this.

[DomLuka] LRITE's FOREVER!
NickolasJames8 replied to NaperVic's topic in Promoted Author Discussion Forum
Her manly qualities make her a perfect fit for Luke, who has to be getting desperate, seeing how he went a whole summer without getting any action ......plus, if you read between the lines, you can see all the signs of a budding long term relationship between these two . Also, one more thing. Rory was born when Gina was 16, so in reality, Grandma Alice isn't that old, especially for Luke, who can't seem to find someone to love. Beggars can't be choosers -
Dude, you just have to get people to read your stuff....it's not easy. I started off by posting my stuff in the library when there was no such thing as efiction, and the cuss words in my stories were edited out automatically by the joint because of the filters on the forum ......the trick here is to just keep updating your ish and make sure you announce it in the Story Announcement threads.....eventually people are gonna start noticing you and talking about you in the forums. Also, put a gig colorful link in your signature so cats can get to your stories without having to search for them on efiction.
