Andydandy, thanks for the review! I'll try my best not to keep you waiting any more I'm sure you're not the only one concerned for the little girl, and you shouldn't be. That's one of the reasons I love writing first person (and CANT right third person) is because we get to sympathize and get to know the main character... I'm sure Melanie's story would describe Corbin a LOT differently... more to come!

Thanks for the review! It's easy to draw the shades of gray because Corbin is so closely based on myself in college. He can be right and he can be wrong, but he'll always defend himself and his actions. Wait until you see him really up against the wall. More to come

Woo... a lot's changed since I was last here. I feel like an alumni coming back to school and seeing everything differently. Anyway... I'm thinking with summer right around the corner, it might time to dust off the old laptop and get this thing going again. I know I've said it before, but this time progress is actually being made (by way of sending drafts out to editors and betas... you know...) I won't promise a timeline, but all I can say is I'll be updating soon... Season 2 of English Year is right around the corner.

Hey folks, just wanted to catch everyone up. I know I keep promising new chapters, but I'm finally writing again as real life starts to slow down for the summer.
