'Whilst being a hoe' made me laugh. A lot. I'm no gonna tell you to trust lee or not, but our boy Corbin sure doesn't and that's evident early in the next chapter. I will say that now that our boy has had his cake, he's ready to focus n the prize. Thanks for an entertaining and awesome review!

Hey, thanks so much for the review! I can understand the reaction, but like you said, you were the same in your youth. I imagine we all were... do first, think later. Trust me, Corbin has a real come-to-Jesus moment after this. And I'm curious what you think... would this story work, with all of the elements involved, if Pete and Corbin didn't have that chemistry? It's the most difficult part to write, and yet the funnest, if that makes sense. Anyway. Thanks again! More soon.

I totally agree with you. When we're 18, we think high school kids know nothing. Then we get a couple of college years under our belts, and suddenly freshman are the neophyte babies. It's those kinds of nuances I'm glad you pick up on. Thanks for the review, bud!

One of my favorite quotes is the devil is in the details... Especially when you're writing something meant to be suspenseful. You never know when you'll need to pull on those details. Anyway, thanks for the review!

Great observation, but I think the key difference here is the balance of power. Not to equate being a top with being in power, but when mike fucked Corbin, it was like Corbin was reacting. This time around he was the initiator. With that said, yeah, there's a strong reaction after...

I spent most of that Sunday moping. I’m not going to lie, the Mike thing threw me for a loop. I think this is a spot on assessment of Mike and Corbin. They are honest with each other, and because of that they think they can't get hurt or mess it up. But each one is hiding one pivotal feeling, and like I told Lisa, we see what that is for Mike sometime in the future. Until then!

Prelubing IS like pre-gaming. It literally means to lube up before you even go out... in preparation... Anyway, I agree with you, to an extent. I don't think simply putting it in another guy makes one gay. But I think Mike crossed the line emotionally when he fucked Corbin... or so Corbin thought. Whats fun is we don't get Mike's honest reaction to that night for a while... in other news, Dierks Bentley IS Hott!

Hey Marina, I must say, I LOVE writing Mike. He's really honest, and if you'll notice a lot of my characters don't really say what they're thinking... so he's a refreshing one to write. You're right about it being only October, but expect more time to elapse per chapter. Not saying we're going to sail through by any means, but the pace will pick up... thanks again for the review!
