    Yes, putting ALL the blame on Sam was wrong. Yes, it was to cover our guilt. Still and all, we humans do this all the time. Does Sam need an apology? Yes, but only if you are willing to admit your guilt in the whole thing. Otherwise, the apology is only half-baked.

    I'm afraid that Jimmy is gonna suicide. I felt that last chapter. I'm afraid of the guilt that Billy is gonna go through. Aj is a passing fad and Billy can't see the tree for the forest.

    Lacy can't have gone to court to get the custody changed. At least not without Dylan being notified and allowed to rebut the allegations. Nope, certain procedures must be followed. But that just goes along with the dementia we've seen in the past. The way the EMTs wanted the boy out of the way... I suspect Lacy is deceased.

    Jacob needs to take a stand and trust that the love between him and Q will survive. The longer he waits, the harder it will become. It may even be that waiting is exactly what will diminish that love. The Great Mother even hinted that Jacob might be the bridge between both worlds with his full knowledge.

    I can just see it... Rybolt serenades Conner while Slicky rubs Conner all over, getting him too hot for his own good. Rybolt finishes the song and Slicky moves over to him with full-body kisses. Leaving Conner all hot and bothered while Rybolt and Slicky walk away...

    I thought it was a very well-executed twist. At least we had honesty, this time around. I know they used to. I have a much younger friend who, after he graduated from university, went to work in the security division at Redmond. He worked there for ten years and left for a better job (one with ethics - his words, not mine). He was a multi-millionaire.

    I keep thinking about the trap and who could have built it. That it was designed specifically for a light shifter... Normally I read the chapter before commenting (trying to beat @Mrsgnomie is futile, as she is online as @kbois posts). This once, I just wanted to see how Asa got trapped.

    Ok. Time for me to chime in here. Given the facts that we now know, I would have immediately called that warden back and had him send someone to look at Franklin's hand to see if he had worn a ring recently. If no evidence of a ring being worn, then you have the correct Franklin in custody. If there was a ring impression, then you have the twin in custody and the real Franklin is the one out there committing the murders. Fact: Identical twins have almost but not 100% identical DNA. The epigenetic markers are where you will find the most differences. Fact: If you have worn a ring for years, it will take months for the impression to leave your finger.

    I grew up with a mother similar to that. No physical abuse but the mental abuse was in many ways, worse.
